Great getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We seriously had the best time! I love the location of this cabin. It sits right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, so we had plenty of time to get to all of our evening reservations. Then, we would come back after dark and sit out on the deck until bedtime. We did a lot of hiking in the Smokies, and the hot tub was amazing on those evenings to help us wind down and soothe our sore muscles. Overall, we absolutely loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and very clean cabin. Close enough to town to grab things but far enough to avoid people, which is what we were after. Neighbors were closer than we anticipated but still not bad. It was super nice and had just about everything you needed. We bought groceries in town and didn’t even leave the cabin for a couple days. We will definitely be back.

Wanderlust Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall Wanderlust was a great stay. The cabin was in a convenient location. It looked as described except for one picture with the huge TV. That room wasn't in the cabin. I was notified the day of the dryer wasn't working and wouldn't be fixed for our stay. With a family of four that was a little tough. The pool was cold, but we enjoyed the hot tub. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 22 feb. 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your stay at Wanderlust. We’re very glad to hear that you found the cabin clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, and that you were able to enjoy the hot tub during your visit. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the photo with the large TV. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will review the listing to ensure it accurately reflects the cabin layout. We’re also sorry again for the inconvenience caused by the dryer being unavailable during your stay. We understand how challenging that can be for a family, and we appreciate your understanding as we worked to address the issue. Thank you as well for your feedback regarding the pool temperature. Guest input is extremely valuable to us, and we will certainly look into this. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for an even smoother and more enjoyable experience in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The hot tub has partial privacy and the pool room has little to no visibility from the outside (unless the lights are on) which is great. **The worst part of this cabin is the alarm attachment on the pool door entry, which serves no point and should be removed immediately.

Wanderlust Pool Paradise and Elk Springs Customer Service

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this cabin was ideal and it was a beautiful home. The cleanliness wasn't the best. The bathroom has toothpaste splatters everywhere. The pool also has some issues while we were there. We reported it and a pool tech was sent about 16 hours later. I did have to speak with customer service several times and they weren't the friendliest and I felt my questions were interrupted their coffee break. At checkout we were told we could text, which we need, and it was never acknowledged that we even checked out. We did have a nice vacation and enjoyed our stay but we'll definitely stay with a different resort next time.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 15 dic. 2025

We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and found the cabin to be beautiful, and that you were able to have a nice vacation overall. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered upon arrival, particularly in the bathroom, as well as for the inconvenience with the pool during your stay. This is certainly not the standard we strive to provide. Once the pool issue was reported, maintenance was dispatched and addressed the concern as quickly as possible during your stay, and we appreciate your patience while that was resolved. We are also sorry to hear about your experience with customer service and the lack of acknowledgment at checkout. This feedback is taken seriously and will be shared with our team to ensure we improve communication, responsiveness, and overall guest interactions moving forward. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. We value your input, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests.

a little pricey

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: needs new living room furniture , it was pretty uncomfortable, better sheets wouldn't hurt either .. the pool was tiny and wasn't ready for use they said they could get it ready but what ever they did wasn't enough , the water color wasn't right or clear ... it might be good for kids but it is a one bedroom , the arcade is one machine with multiple games and nice my wife and me played it like it was 1984 .. it wouldn't hurt to have a couple coffee pods there for the unprepared .. shopping and eating are nearby
