Neighborhood Construction Notice
Please pardon any disruptions you might experience during your stay. We want to inform you that there is ongoing construction in the neighborhood as someone is building their new home. While we're excited to welcome them to the area, we understand it might not be the serene escape you envisioned for your vacation.
To help make up for any potential inconvenience, we're offering a 10% discount on our standard rates. This offer is valid for stays from February 15th 2025 through July 31st 2025. To take advantage of this discount, please call our reservations team at the time of booking. Please note that this promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions and cannot be applied to existing reservations.

GROUND LEVEL: Starting on the ground level, the home features a large garage under the house with a beach cart, beach chairs, and kids beach and pool toys. The back of the ground level under the home overlooks the lagoon and has a gorgeous sparkling, heated, private pool. A large patio surrounds the pool with lounge furniture and sun loungers.

Take the ELEVATOR from the ground floor up to any floor of the home!

Second Floor: The gourmet kitchen features a large sink, double oven, granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large center island with counter stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels.
The living room and dining room are an open floor plan. The dining area, which seats 10, is defined by its unique coffered ceilings. The great room is home to a large sectional and 2 chairs, a 55 " tv, and features a 12 foot wide sliding glass door that open up the first floor to a large porch. The charming porch offers relaxing views of the freshwater lagoon. The lagoon waterfall will lull you into relaxation as you kick back on the porch swing bed. Opposite of the swing is a lounge area that can be used for dining al fresco.

The 3rd floor features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed featuring a high end pillowtop mattress that you will melt in while watching TV on your large flat screen tv. There is also a portable crib/playpen with a 3" mattress in this rooms closet. The luxurious master bath is spa like with a large frameless glass shower, dual vanities, your own Keurig Coffeemaker with coffee service and cozy bathrobes.
Also, on the 3rd floor are two additional bedrooms. One is a QUEEN and one is a KING, both with flat screen TVs. Both of these rooms have access out onto a large porch overlooking the lagoon. This porch features 2 rocking hammock chairs and a lounge area for morning coffee. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a double vanity and a tiled tub/shower combo. This floor also has a full size laundry room.

The 4th level features a bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen TV.
And finally, a place the kids and teens will never forget. Our themed kids bedroom/playroom featuring 2 sets of full over full bunk beds, a play table for coloring and reading books , a playhouse and tunnel, many games and toys, a large flat screen and many other unique surprises in this fun and festively decorated retreat.
There is a full bathroom on this level as well.

Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.

Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.

Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *

Parking: 5 vehicles max: 1 in garage, 4 in driveway | No parking on the street or on landscaping

Elevator: The residential elevators in our vacation homes are intended solely for use by individuals with disabilities. To ensure the safety of all guests, these elevators should not be used by children or for recreational purposes.
If you require access to the elevator during your stay, please request this in advance. While we strive to keep our elevators in working condition, we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that any defects will be corrected promptly. Mechanical issues may arise that are beyond our control, and repairs can only be performed by specialized vendors.
In the event that the elevator is not operational during your stay, please understand that no compensation will be provided. Additionally, the presence of elevators in our homes does not alter the pricing; guests will not pay extra for this feature, and therefore, no discounts or compensation will be offered for a non-working elevator.
