This fantastic Charlestonian style home is located in one of Hilton Head Islands youngest seaside communities, and is just a short walk (approximately 700 yards) to the beach. In addition to the beach you will enjoy the Chaplin Oceanside park just 100 yards away. Within walking distance of the house you will find tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a playground, beach parking, and restrooms. If you are not familiar with the Singleton Beach area it is located mid island right between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surf watch Resort (which are both very popular resorts on the island. It's mid island location makes it convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head Island, and Bluffton have to offer. The areas best restaurants, shopping, and recreational amenities are all a short bike ride away. "Bordered by a tidal inlet, Singleton beach is one of the least crowded beaches on the island. For a bite to eat or a refreshing break from the sun, just steps away is Coco's on the Beach, known for their frozen drinks and grilled menu fare."


There is a golf cart beach shuttle service that runs Sunday-Friday 9 am till 5 pm from Memorial Day till Labor day. It is provided free of charge for our guests and is included in the rental price.

We enjoyed our time on Corine Lane. House is very private, massive, and luxurious. A bathroom en-suite in every room is a huge plus. Would book again.

Very attractive, clean, and well stocked with kitchen things. We rented 30 and also 27, so we had 22 people very comfortably situated close to each other and all had a great time. The decor was fun, too, and everyone wants to come back in the summer for the little pool!

Amazing home very close to beach!

We had a wonderful stay! Loved how spacious the house was and we were all very comfortable in our beds. Very close to the beach and in beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Upon entering, the house smelled horrible. In the trash room was a moldy old trash bag that stained the floor and the air return vent for the HVAC system. It was absolutely disgusting. We had to move it outside the first night to sleep. The fix the next day did not clean the mold or offer any discount such as the 450 cleaning fee. The smell was improved, but still remained throughout the rest of the stay. The house was great outside of that. Rooms with separate bathrooms was amazing. I would say, the beach is within walking distance, but there’s no sidewalks to the public beach access that is pictured and you have to walk through a small neighborhood that has private road/property to encourage you not to walk or drop off people at the beach drop off point.I understand that accidents happen, but that trash was beyond disgusting and no response or offer for waiving some of the fees. Reviewing the invoice is when I noted that cleaning charge was 450.

Great location and Home

Stayed here with friends for a golf trip. There’s a mini mart and breakfast spot near by and the beach is walking distance. Restaurants and night life is a uber ride away. Would def recommend!

We enjoyed our stay every room had its own bathroom which was a plus. The property manager, Tony was available whenever we had a question.

Excellent Home

Our team was in town for a tennis tournament. The house was perfect. Plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. I would rent this house again.

Fantastic Family Beach Week

Great house, plenty of room for our big family. The beds were super comfy and rooms were spacious enough for a pack n play crib for my grandbaby. Kitchen is well stocked and furniture was nice. Although we never took the shuttle to the beach, the walk was pleasant enough and not too far. We played tennis at the (free) courts and walked all the trails. Also, plenty of parking in the driveway. Just bring your groceries and beach towels!

Girls weekend away

The house was really perfect for our group. We had room to be together and room to spread out in a neighborhood where we felt safe to go walking any time of the day. We had one issue with a bathroom and they came right over and fixed it. The beach is pretty nearby and parking there was easy this time of year.

We had an outstanding stay at this Hilton Head property and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our group of seven had plenty of space to relax and enjoy everything the home had to offer. The layout was perfect for both group gatherings and personal downtime, which made the trip even more enjoyable.The location was absolutely ideal—centrally located and convenient to everything we needed, especially the golf courses. We managed to get in six rounds during our stay, and having such easy access made all the difference.The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. Everything was in great condition, and it truly felt like a home away from home.What really stood out, though, was the management team. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. It gave us great peace of mind knowing they were just a message away if we needed anything.All in all, this was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hilton Head—especially for a golf trip!

Loved it

The house was really nice, the rooms are huge, the bunk beds were all big enough for adults to sleep in, we had a group of 12 adults there to golf and it really didn't feel crowded at all. It's also such a short walk to the beach, I didn't realize how fast it would be to get there. The beach itself was great, and there's a little tiki bar very close by as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future, thanks again.

Amazing week!!

The house is beautiful & we slept 9 comfortably! Close to the beach. Great location!!! Had issues with the AC & it was resolved VERY quickly! A few suggestions would be to have some more kitchen items, blankets, actual beach chairs instead of camp chairs & an umbrella would be great! Would definitely rent this house again!

Good location. Exactly .5 mi. walking distance to the beach. Would help to put exact distance in description. Shuttle excellent w/short wait. House needs to add blankets. Sparce "extras. But clean and spacious for all. Plenty of beach chairs. Gnat & pool water leak addressed in timely manner by manager.

Thanksgiving Family Holiday

We truly enjoyed our time in Hilton Head. The house was beautiful and was as depicted in the photos. Yes, there is some wear & tear, but nothing that took away from our experience. There was more than enough room for the 12 of my family members. We really appreciated each room having it's own bathroom. The house was in a great location within walking distance of the beach. And all of the amenities included in our stay made it all the more comfortable. Would definitely rent this property again!

30 Corrine lane

Beautiful home and very nicely decorated. However I found the kitchen facilities to be very minimal. And overall I found the house not be very clean at all. Some bathrooms seem to have black mold. The dirty refrigerator is just off putting.

This was one of the nicest houses I’ve ever stayed in. It was EXTREMELY clean and so spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable, and the bathroom in every bedroom was SO nice. My only complaint would be the lack of spices/seasonings that are usually found at rental homes. Additionally, the directions to get to the beach were a little confusing. The listing stated that “Coco’s on the Beach was a local place to get food and drinks”, but we weren’t able to get in because we were told by employees that it was only for residents of a specific neighborhood. However, overall, the stay was AMAZING. Perfect neighborhood for an adult getaway.

Great place close to beach

My family and sig others stayed here for a wedding over the weekend. The house was huge and a great location to be near a ton of stuff. Having a bathroom for each room was a huge advantage when everyone had to get ready at the same time. We should have heated the pool as it would have been perfect to just relax after our festivities but we didn't really think we would have time to enjoy it and did not plan ahead. Next time we come back to Hilton Head we would definitely try to book this house again! We had a small group compared to what this house could hold but it would be perfect for a couple families vacationing together. The rooms were very spacious. Overall a great house!

Girls Trip

The house is beautiful with comfortable furniture. Plenty of room for us to sit comfortably and play games in the living room. The table and island were nice for meals. Beds were very comfortable. I wish there would have been directions or a better explanation of how to access the beach. I put a 5 star on the property manager but didn’t have any communication with them. Didn’t want to hurt the review.

Corine Lane

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. There were plenty of bedrooms and bath rooms for our family of 15 people. The swimming pool area was all shaded, would have enjoyed if sun during the day. The beach was about .7 of a mile away. I would have preferred to be closer. There was a golf cart service provided by a young high school student who did an outstanding job getting us to and from the beach. Great location for groceries and restaurants.
