Christmas Vacation

The home was just as advertised. It is conveniently located near stores, restaurants and Disney. My family was very comfortable while in the home. We would definitely stay again. Owner is very good with communicating and accompanying needs.

Family vacation to a universal studios

This was our 2nd stay at this resort but first time with these hosts. Everything was as expected and communication with the hosts was fantastic. We would definitely stay at this location again.

It has everything you need to spend a spectacular week. It is relatively close to all the parks. It is prettier and more comfortable than what you see in the photos. We would return again.

Great Stay!!!

Wow… we really enjoyed our stay and we will be back! They provided everything we needed. The condo is very clean, plenty of space and being able to jump in the pool anytime to cool off is a huge benefit. The owners worked with us several times to add dates and rearrange our vacation. I can’t say enough about how great our stay was! Thanks again!

Absolutely perfect

This home is absolutely perfect! The whole place was beautiful. There was so much space for my family. My kids loved the rooms and the pool was an extra bonus. Everything you need in kitchen was there to use. I loved the kitchen. So nice! Resort pool was beautiful as well. The area was so peaceful and I love that our parking was right in front of the town home. Lucy was so nice and responsive through out our whole stay. We allready plan on coming back next year.

Very comfortable and close to Disney

The home was very clean and comfortable and met our needs. Large kitchen and comfortable beds. Very quiet, so we got very good rest every night. Enjoyed having the clubhouse and pool where our grandson could use up more of his seemingly endless energy. Nice to have a gated community, but was a bit of extra work when one of our family members came to visit. Had to reach out to owner to get the family member on the approved list so they could come in and visit. There were limited toiletries for our visit. We stayed 10 days and ran out of soap, shampoo, and TP. Not a big deal, and we didn't bug the owner about it. We just picked up a couple of things at the store.

This was a business trip so brief visit only, but I managed to visit 2 Disney parks and take in the facilities at the clubhouse. The property was lovely, superfast broadband and minutes from Animal Kingdom & Hollywood Studios. Will definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

Everything in the listing is exactly what you will find at this condo. Beautiful place and communication with the owners was top notch. Condo is bright and clean with many kitchen appliances, plenty of towels, and your own dipping pool. The facility the condo is located on has a movie theater, bar and grill, pool with water slides, basketball courts, small kids park and a bridge that you can walk over the bog to see and hear the wildlife. Definitely will come back!!

Family Disney Trip

The property was a described. Communication with Lucy was handled in a timely manner. We had a great time. My only complaint would be that the pool was not heated on the last day which was when we wanted to use the pool. However I did not alert anyone because we thought it would be pointless and no be able to be warmed in enough time. We would book with them again.

Close to Disney

Our family frequents the Orlando area often and this property was lovely to stay at. We have stayed at Paradise Palms a few times before and it was set up just the same. Nice and clean. Don’t forget to add garbage bags to your grocery order as the single one provided is the flimsiest thing I have ever seen it makes Walmart bags look like hefty bags. Communication with the property owner wasn’t bad, just slow and and not reliable if needed quickly. Had an issue but the VRBO call line was able to resolve quickly. Pool heat is extra, but well worth it as we enjoyed it on days when it was raining and 63 outside but the pool was nice and toasty. This rental has all you need to enjoy a nice vacation!

Looks just like the photos…great place!

This place was very nice! We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was great. Disney theme parks and Disney Springs aren’t too far. Everything was great! I will definitely stay here again. The ONLY reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because we came across a dirty utensil in the drawer that had quite a bit of what looked like raw cookie dough on it. However, this was minor to me because we always wash the dishes we use beforehand when staying away from home. Other than that, the place was spotless and very comfortable.

Great Condo

The condo was super clean and very nice. It accommodated two families nicely. The property was very nice and the pool and clubhouse were awesome. We loved our stay here just wish the air conditioner could have been turned down below 74 degrees, the water heater would not accommodate three showers in the morning without running out of hot water, and the kitchen was lacking some cooking utensils. Overall great stay and would recommend to others.

This home is beautiful and very clean, great location to access the parks and local stores and dining. Communication was great. Community was clean and quiet. Only issue I didn’t like was the many reminders about staining towels.. we decided to pack our own towels. I get that towels and bedding can be expensive, but more than 1 reminder is not cool. You’ll have to buy extra dish soap, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. We stayed for 7 days.. it was over all a comfortable pleasure to be there. I would recommend this community. The club house was nice. Security is tight… we had no issues… The rooms are nice sizes. Two king beds, 1 queen bed, and two double beds. Looks better in person than the pictures. The pool is great for families of all ages… 3-4 feet. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the host , Lucy directions we’re perfect. Plenty of parking and a personal parking spot. Modern home.

Great place! Perfect location for Disney and Universal!

Perfect property for a large group. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. The pool is nice to have right outside back. I recommend bringing your own towels as the towels available are white. Also your own toilet paper and garbage bags as they only supply 1 roll per bathroom and 1 garbage bag.

Would recommend to family/friend.

The regulated 74 degrees for the A/C was a little warm for our liking but other than that, I would recommend this property and would stay here again. The unit was very clean. Easy check-in. Comfortable beds/linens (and I’m usually not uncomfortable in beds that aren’t my own). Thanks!

Fantastic Location for Disney Location

Property was just as described. Even bigger than we thoughts it would be. Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Pool in unit was nice. Main pool was fantastic. Host was very prompt and easy to work with. Only con was unit was lacking in some basics - there were no paper towels, barely any toilet paper, no hand soap, no dish soap, no coffee filters. I've found those things are provided in most rentals, and help guests to be good stewards of the property. Also bathmats were not supplied in all bathrooms. Luckily, we had somebody in Florida joining us who brought those things. But when you land in Florida in the evening after traveling with to small children a trip to a grocery store in an unfamiliar area is not fun. This is a relatively minor complaint.

We are an English couple who went on holiday to Florida for the first time in 2018. After having our "holiday of a lifetime" we decided that we'd like to visit more often and so the decision to buy a property for vacation rentals, plus our own vacations was born.
I, Lucy, own a fashion boutique and my partner, Arron, owns an E-commerce business. We have 2 children and a dog, we live in Derbyshire, UK.

We especially liked this property due to its fantastic, close location to the Disney parks and its complementary onsite amenities. The resort was built in 2010 so its facilities are all modern and the townhouse itself is so spacious with lots of light. It has plenty of storage space and sleeps up to 10 people so ideal for large families or families travelling together.

For the days when you're not trekking around the parks, you can enjoy some time out and relax either by your own private pool or soak up the atmosphere besides the large communal pool complete with jacuzzi, at The Clubhouse. Start your day with a fitness workout/sauna then grab a sun longer by the pool and order your food and drinks from the Tiki bar & grill. Throughout the day nip to the games room, or maybe a spot of volleyball? As the sun goes down you can decide if its a movie you want at the 50 seater theatre or a massage in the comfort of your own home by one of the in-house trained masseuse's. After dark, you can head into town for a meal or stay local and enjoy cocktails at the tiki bar.
