The owner was incredible to work with. He shared all information in an easy manner and communicated effectively. The property itself was absolutely great to stay in, and we almost instantly felt like we were “home”. We are already planning another trip and we will definitely be staying with the same host!

There was no coffee or water on premise. Most places I have stayed provide that, it would be a nice addition to this property.

Overall it was a nice stay. There were a few things that could’ve been better. The pool was smaller than I thought it’d be, but we enjoyed it. The last morning we woke up to the house set at 78 degrees when it’s 100 degrees outside. We didn’t change the thermostat, I’m assuming it’s controlled via phone. We all woke up sweating. I did appreciate the extra towels though.

Amazing stay!

We love Paradise Palms. This home was amazing. The kids loved the pool, and all of the space the house had to offer. We can't wait to book again.

Property was clean, as advertised; had all amenities; close to the clubhouse, and great communication with property manager! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay for golfers (or families too)

Well equipped, clean and comfortable 4 bedroom, 3 full bath townhome with a private screen in pool area. The home is perfectly equipped for families to stay during their Disney adventure. However, for our group of golfer, the home provided a comfortable space for each adult to have their own sleeping space. Would rent again if available for our next golf visit.

Universal Studios and Disney Springs trip

This townhouse is beautiful. 7 adults stayed here and there was plenty of room. Everything was provided and we really enjoyed the amenities of the property. I only wish we had more time as we would have gladly stayed longer.

Perfect place to stay

Very nice place, clean and nicely decorated. Great communication with the owner. Easy check in. Nice gated community. Close to everything. Nice small private pool and access to large community pool. Even had books to read. We would definitely stay there again.

4 Days, Family of 7

The property is in a gated community, it is as the pictures show. The pool was small but perfect with the heat added in cooler March. Very close to the club house with large pool and teen stuff.

Lovely Home In A Good Location

My 18 year old son and 4 of his friends were going to Orlando to go to Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and Halloween Horror Nights. It wasn’t easy finding a rental that would allow an 18 year old to check in. My son is VERY responsible and has a wonderful friend group (which was the only reason I even allowed this trip). The owner Federico was extremely responsive and communicative and allowed the boys to stay at his home. It is located in a gated community and not too far from all the amusement parks. It was very clean and spacious with enough room for everyone and then some. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Orlando.

The host was great and communicated well. The unit is in a great location (close to club house). The house was very clean and kitchen had everything you need to cook with. I would definitely recommend.
