Home away from home!

This is our 6th stay and each time is better than the last! We can’t imagine staying anywhere else (only another HinK place would do)! Our family consisting of ages 6-90 each say it’s their favorite place and best vacation! It truly is our home away from home. We love the layout of Pirate Point for our crew. The location, comfort, amenities, and specifically the HinK team make sure your accommodations are top notch! Can’t wait to come back in 2027🏴‍☠️☀️

Excellent house!!

Beautiful location and beautiful place we had a great time and would definitely come back. We had 5 couples and rented a boat it was perfect close to the sand bar!

Exceptional In So Many Ways

We had a wonderful week at Pirate Point! The outdoor setting is truly what makes this home special. The large grassy yard was amazing for our dogs to run and play, and there was plenty of room for the kids to throw a Frisbee. We watched manatees right over the seawall and enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We came home with some amazing photos and even better memories. It is such a peaceful and beautiful setting. Inside, there was plenty of room for our family, including our older young adults, to spread out and relax while still having great spaces to come together. We cooked family dinners, played trivia and games at night, and really enjoyed our time together. The separate apartment with its own kitchen turned out to be perfect for me because I was able to set up a little office and get some work done when I needed to. The separate accommodations would also be wonderful for grandparents, another couple, or anyone traveling with the family who appreciates having a little privacy and their own space. There is plenty of parking, the washer and dryer were great to have for a week-long stay, and checkout was refreshingly simple without a long list of chores before leaving. Most importantly, Happy in the Keys has been wonderful to work with. We’ve rented several of their homes over the years, and their kindness and customer service have always stood out. Thank you for another memorable Keys vacation. We made some wonderful family memories at Pirate Point!

Excellent family house!

Beautiful property, fenced in pool and with 2 baby gates we kept 3 toddlers contained on a great patio. Every question was answered within minutes and we couldn’t have asked for a better big family gathering place

This is a beautiful property inside and out! Plenty of room to enjoy with friends and family and room to enjoy time alone. The owners were very easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay again!

The house is amazing !! Very spacious and each room has a view of the water !

The property and the sea wall / docking facilities were excellent . The outside fish cleaning station was excellent. Easy access tot he Atlantic and a short trip to baca cut to access the gulf .

Great house!

We came to the area to do a bit of scuba diving and enjoyed the house so much we cancelled a few boat trips and just enjoyed hanging out together around the pool. The layout was great for us and it was by far the most thorough communication we have ever had with a house rental. Highly recommended rental property!

Excellent family vacation. Truly the best.

Pirates Pointe exceeded our expectations. Property was very well maintained. Pool and docks were beautiful. We brought our boat down and enjoyed the waterways and ocean. This, by far was our best family vacation. Everything was perfect. Many memories made during our two week stay. I highly recommend this property for family’s.

Private Oasis

Our family and friends really enjoyed Pirates Point! The beautiful private property is well kept and very accommodating for a group of 10. We all had plenty of space and privacy. The views where spectacular, the property has many amenities and is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy all the keys have to offer. Would definitely recommend.

Great property. Perfect for boating. Tip lot with great views of boats going up and down canal. Only about 10 minutes to open water. Plenty of room to spread out.

Fun in the sun

The accommodations were as described and the environment was welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking, dining and utensils needed. Management was very responsive to any questions or issues we had, which were minimal, mainly getting familiar with features of the home. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to our friends. One of the most beautiful rentals we have ever had from our travels.

Awesome Home!!

I have to say this was one of the best homes we've ever rented! The property is exceptional, as is the response time from the owners, Not that we had problems, but they checked in with us and the communication was seamless through the entire process and while we were there. I would HIGHLY recommend this home, and if not this home they have others in Marathon. I can't wait to go back!!

Beautiful and relaxing property

The property is just as amazing as the pictures. It is quiet and private, we felt like we had our own little paradise. We had two families of 4 for the week and we had plenty of space for everyone. Everything in the house was perfect (and clean), the pool was very relaxing and we saw a lot of wildlife in the canal (jellyfish, sharks, dolphins, manatee) We had a boat and enjoyed the sandbar and exploring restaurants. The surrounding area has great food and easy access to groceries as well. Very highlight recommend!!

Wonderful property for a large group

We were 5 couples, really enjoyed the house and especially the common and outdoor areas. There are 2 large gathering rooms, and we dubbed one “The Hallmark Room” when the other room had football on most of the weekend. We cooked in a fair bit, the kitchen had what we needed, and more gadgets than we used. The pool area is spacious with seating for both sun and shade available most of the afternoon. The neighborhood was easy for walking in the mornings, not a lot of traffic. Property management was attentive.
