Beautiful property with stunning sunset views! We visit Marathon every year, and this has definitely become our new favorite place to stay. The house was wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

This home was so wonderful and perfect for our family vacation. It had everything for every age and one of the best views in Marathon. We all had the best time and will definitely be rebooking.

The house was as expected with good bedrooms and bathrooms. Plus the boat dock worked very well for the 35' boat! The view was near perfect for sunset and star gazing!

Great place, well equipped and wonderful view!Because the structure places the pool in the shade most of the day it would be nice if the pool water was heated and/or set to a higher temp.

Thank you so much for your lovely 5-star review—it truly made our day! We were delighted to host you and are so happy you enjoyed the home and its beautiful views. For future guests, we’d like to share a bit more context about the pool. It’s equipped with a heater, typically set at 84°, but can be adjusted upon request. Because of the sun’s rotation, there are a few months when the pool area gets a bit more shade during the day. For the rest of the year, it enjoys plenty of full sunshine. We’ve created several comfortable lounging spots in both sunny and shaded areas so everyone can relax exactly how they like. Just wanted to mention this to avoid any confusion.

Awesome House

We had a great stay at this home in Marathon, it was well stocked and very comfortable. We were able rent a boat and dock it at the home for the week. It managed a group of 10 adults very effectively and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the amenities.

Wonderful Week!

Great home! Our family of 12 especially enjoyed the "toys" (paddle boards, kayaks, pool table, swimming pool.) Also, beautiful view of beautiful sunsets each evening.

Nothing but amazing

The property is beautiful. The sunsets were amazing the house was everything we needed and more. We had a manatee come up to the docks which was the best thing ever. Overall the best place I had ever stayed at in the keys so far.

This place is amazing!! The hosts are so welcoming and accommodating and easy to work with. Messages were answered within minutes. We had a group for my husbands 50th whose ages ranged from 8-55 and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained! We had two boats and the docks were padded which was nice when it got windy and the cove makes for an easy pull in and out. We will definitely be back again and can’t recommend the house and hosts enough!

Amazing house

This house was beautiful and very clean, Fast response with questions, the extra guest house was perfect for the friends we had come on the trip with family. we loved the top deck that had a gate for my two young kids to play outside and they were safe the whole time. We will be coming back to stay here again.

Family Vacation

We have stayed at numerous properties throughout Marathon and this one is by far the best! The house is big enough to give everyone their space but also allowed for family dinners and together time on the deck and in the pool. The view is amazing. Jamie and Ryan are very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property!

Easy Boating in and out

Place is very nice . We came by boat and it was so easy to get to Key west and local waterfront restuarants . Pool is not in the sun so the heater is a must this time of year. Host was very informative and checkin and check out was seamless.

Extended Family Christmas

We spent Christmas on this beautiful property with extended family. It went above and beyond our expectations! It is a perfect spot with all the amenities. We swam, fished, utilized the hot tub, BBQ, kayaks, large porch for morning coffee. Everyone agreed it was perfect for our group of 12! Very clean with everything we needed. Truly a wonderful place!!

Fun week with family

This home was everything we hoped for. It was a quiet neighborhood with great views. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, but loved the large deck overlooking the ocean! We started and ended every day there. We made part of our meals there and had everything we needed to do that. There were 2 grocery stores close by, and many restaraunts to choose from! It was such a relaxing week!
