Property is amazing, house was clean and very comfortable for our party of 14. We never felt cramped or like we were on top of each other because of the spacious layout. Kevin was a wonderful and understanding host. Very easy going and took time to walk through all the features of the property. Pool gets a little warm during the day, but we didn't spend much time at home with all the activities to do in the area. All in all, it was a great trip at a great location.

Great property. Exactly as advertised. We comfortably fit 14 people in a multigenerational family trip. It was close to our fishing charters and convenient to run to attractions in Key West and Islamorada from Marathon.

This house was perfect for a large group. It had everything we needed and more. It is very spacious and amazingly quiet. The pocket doors that separated the different sleeping areas helped in keeping noise out late at night. We had a great vacation here.

Kevin was very informative. He responded quickly to our questions about the property and surrounding area. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, walking and biking around the neighborhood. We loved our stay and wish to return again. Hopefully for more than a week!

Beautiful House

Great roomy house for12 of us. Enjoyed the pool, kayaks and dock for fishing! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils,etc Plenty of parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family and friends make the perfect vacation

The location is awesome, fishing, walking and within distance to the beach and a little sandwich shop. The house is amazing and the pool beautiful. The owner is very responsive if needed. Every moment spent there was fantastic.

Perfect for our family

We enjoyed ourselves. The house is laid out for large groups and allows for privacy. Restaurants in the area were great, fishing was wonderful and the pool and fire pit were enjoyed by all. The kitchen is well appointed for large groups also.

Fabulous vacation for all ages

The process was smooth and seamless. The property manager was very accommodating and friendly. The home is beyond beautiful with the nicest amenities of any home I have ever stayed in.

Relax and unwind

We were able to get the whole family together and there was always something to do from fishing and cooking the fresh catch to myriads of games, to biking, kayaking, swimming or just relaxing in the hammock swing or reading a book on the balcony.

Fantastic location!

Nice property. Very spacious home, fully equipped, lovely pool and plenty of dock space for our large crowd with 4 boats. We would definitely go back! One suggestion: Kitchen could use some updated appliances.

We had a wonderful time with 10 peopke

We absolutely had a wonderful time with kayaks bikes swimming pool and corn hole. We loved the sunrise and the evening shade along the water. We were content to enjoy this house without having to go any-wear else. The owner is very nice and easy to deal with. Great vacation !!!

Great 2 weeks in paradise!

This home provided everything we were looking for. Plenty of space for our family of sixteen and two boats! The home was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the ocean and bay from your private dock. The pool was just the right size and great for kids. The host couldn't have been more accommodating. Very reasonably priced compared to similar locations in the Keys! Wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

My large family (16) really enjoyed our stay. The younger kids loved the pool and were in it everyday. We all enjoyed the dock for boating and fishing as well as the kayaks and bikes that were available. The outside ice maker was real treat. There was ample seating areas and the roof top observation deck was great for observing constellations at night. The main level and upper levels of the house were very nice. The bottom level was adequate but could be improved with more cheerful and inviting comforters.
