Comfortable clean condo. We spent a week here and it was great. Off the beaten path, but close enough to everything. I enjoyed the walking trails and the pool. Great kitchen and fully stocked. We'd stay here again.

Karen and Lauren were great to deal with and the home was very nice. Great beds and everything you need to make our trip very comfortable. Location was perfect for what we needed.

Staying here in Costa Mesa is a good value, especially if you don’t want the expense of the Newport peninsula or beach area. Amenities were nice and access to bike or drive to beach and walk to trials. Photos are a good representation of what the stay has to offer.

Sorry you gave us a 8 of 10 over a spiderweb. We have a large team of people who work hard to make sure everything is great! Those pesky spiders come back next day! Next time hopefully we get him the day before you arrive!

Beautiful property! One of the few times I can say I think it was BETTER than the listing made it seem! Not a single issue! So many amenities! Everything you could possibly need! Great check in and check out! The pool on the property was great! The location was perfect for doing anything from LA south! Lots of conveniences in the area! Could not have asked or anything better!

Everything was great other than the TVs are old and could be replaced. The one upstairs seems like it was state-of-the-art, cutting edge ten years ago. Emits a ton of heat and streaming didn’t work. Hosts were very nice and the place was very clean.

The property is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood that’s accessible to lots of food options and two great beaches. My family had a great time!

Really enjoyed the central location for getting to beach and other fun stuff. Property was as described and Karen and Lauren were terrific to work with.

Perfect place for relaxing vacation!

The condo is great and convenient to everything we wanted to do in our week there. Check in was super easy and everything you could possibly need was provided. We will definitely come stay again.

Great spot!

The place was great. Well stocked with essentials and very clean. Great location that’s a short drive to Newport Beach and the pier but secluded enough that it’s quite and peaceful.

The unit was absolutely beautiful and so easy to access. What a gorgeous kitchen! The pool and hottub were close by and had plenty of chairs, tables and even grills. It was great that they had lawn chairs, beach towels and a cooler for us to borrow and take to the beach! Loved the location! Wish we were able to stay longer since we didn't end up having time to use the bikes. Would definitely come back and stay again!

The condo is just as described. I would call it more of a townhouse as it is very private. Staying here was a great option away from the busier areas of Costa Mesa or Newport Beach. Excellent communication with the hosts. Very nice, well stocked kitchen and comfortable king bed. Loved the location close to nature trails. The carport is tight as others have mentioned, but overall it was a lovely stay.

Great property!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. Great location and very well maintained with all the necessary things to make it feel like home. Highly recommended for anyone looking to spend time in Orange County.
