We had a wonderful time staying in Newport. 1 minute walk to beach. Comfortable beds. I would recommend to anyone.

This 3 bedroom unit was very comfortable for 3 couples. The large bunk beds in one bedroom offers some flexibility for where to put kids etc. The host was very responsive to our questions, and check in and out were very easy. The location is wonderful with easy access to the beach, plenty of parking as well as items that you might need for an extremely short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and we didn't find ourselves needing anything that wasn't provided.The only issue we had was the lack of ac. That area doesn't typically need it, but with the heat wave that was going on, having ac would have made the unit a perfect stay. This weather is obviously not something the host can control!

Great location and property was very nice and accommodating. Host Stephanie was very responsive overall all a great trip and experience. I would recommend it and will use again.

Our family was in town for holiday gathering and this home was just right for us. It was very comfortable and close to the beach. The hosts were responsive and easy to work with.

The location can't be beat! Property is as described and all three of us were delighted. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and highly recommend this property. The communication was excellent!
Enjoyed taking some of the sand chairs to enjoy wine on the beach and the glorious sunset.

Fantastic location and very clean. We appreciated that beach toys, boogie and chairs were included. Stephanie was quick to respond to messages. Would definitely book again!

Place was perfect for our family of six, sooooooo close to the ocean! We were mainly there for DL (25 min), and this was a great jumping off point. But we could have easily enjoyed a week just hanging locally at the beach, pier, etc! On a rainy week, very glad for the washer and dryer, which got a workout!

Loved the location and the ease of accessing the property. The two parking spaces were so helpful. Property was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for quick access to the beach and a very comfortable place to stay.

Brought the kids here for spring break and to visit family nearby. Loved the location and that we had everything we needed in the rental.

We loved how close this place is to the beach - just a quick walk! The beach amenities were such a nice touch, and the back patio was perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. It’s also an easy walk to shops and the grocery store, which made everything super convenient.Bring coffee pods (or ground coffee) and earplugs if you’re sensitive - the neighborhood is lively and the houses are close together, so you’ll hear the everyday sounds of people and beach life.We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Beach Getaway

We've stayed at this home before and would do so again without hesitation. The location is absolutely perfect for getting to the beach with little kids in the family and the house is very accommodating.

Beach Trip

We had a great time at this location! We appreciated that bikes, beach toys, chairs and umbrellas were provided. Beach house was comfortable and clean. Great trip!

Great Stay

What a great location! The cottage was comfortable, great location and a 5 Star beach just a few steps away. We were so busy with a wedding reception we want to come again and just enjoy the beach. Thank you!
