The condo comes with one assigned parking spot. Our home is fully furnished with modern décor, has a washer & dryer and offers free Wi-Fi and cable tv streaming.
Strict rules regarding smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the house, on the deck and in the common area between our home and our neighbors. Smoking in these areas will result in a loss of security deposit. Must be 25-years or older to lease the property and leaser must stay on property.

Absolutely no parties will be permitted. No more than 8 people may be on premise at any time. No music to be played outside past 10pm. Failure to abide by the rules will result in a $500 charge and immediate eviction.
