Could use some maintenance/upkeep

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here last year and you can see the wear and tear. Several lights in the bunk rooms were missing fixtures or broken. The dryer was struggling a bit to dry clothes. Having scissors would have been helpful. The nicer coffee maker was missing part of the filter basket. There was a fair amount of animal hair on the floor the first morning I swept and we didn’t have animals with us. The ice machine was broken. The grill was a bit difficult to start. The started did not work. I don’t think we could stay here again if the things that are not working aren’t fixed. Just needs some maintenance. Also the bed in primary suite downstairs had loose bed posts.

Perfect for our family

Loved this cozy house! The kids especially loved being so close to the pools and playground in camp watercolor. Everything was beautiful and relaxing. Would stay again!

Great location with high potential

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a good stay because the location is hard to beat. The house is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beach, pool, and nearby stores, which made everything very easy for our family. The check-in process was seamless, and communication from the management team was excellent from start to finish.Unfortunately, the condition of the home didn’t match the location. When we arrived, the property wasn’t as clean as expected. There were empty water bottles left on the front porch, food still on the table on the back patio, and the floors needed a thorough cleaning. We also found several electrical outlets and lights that weren’t working, and the grill was broken, which was disappointing since we had planned to use it.With better cleaning, clean furniture and some basic maintenance, this would be an outstanding rental. The location and communication were excellent, but the home itself needs more attention to justify the overall experience.

Best Trip!

First time to watercolor and it was amazing. The house was incredibly spacious and was just a great home. The home was prime location to everything including publix and seaside. i do recommend getting a golf cart which we did and i highly recommend that! We had our family car there but with the golf cart we did not use it once. Great home and great trip. We will definitely be back!

Watercolor Multi-Family Vacation

This was our first time to Watercolor in 10 years and what an outstanding job they have done with the Community. The Camp District is great for younger kids and we were within walking distance of the Camp District Pool. The House is fabulous because it has 4 Bedrooms, each with a King Bed. Most of the 4 bedroom rentals do NOT have King beds in all 4 Bedrooms, this is a huge plus. In addition the Kids bunk room is perfectly situated on 2nd Floor. Everything in the Unit worked great, had a small issue with downstairs TV remote, but they came to fix during out trip. We rented an electric golf cart from 3rd party and this was necessary to get to and from beach with young kids. Overall this is a fantastic unit and one we will rent again

Spring Break 2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came as a group of 9 for spring break and a 40th birthday. Our group included 9 people with kids from 5 years old to 15 years old. The location is perfect and convenient. The house was clean and laid out nicely to give the younger kids and teens the space that they needed. The porches are wonderful front and back and upstairs and downstairs. House was clean and had everything that we needed except a crockpot pot which I purchased and left for future guest. We would definitely book this house again. My only complaint is the 9 am checkout. 10am would have allowed us less rushing the day that we left. We had to make one maintenance call for broken bikes, they responded right away and the bikes were repaired quickly.

Great Location and Management

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros - This home is in a great location in Watercolor, close to pools, Publix and other amenities. The bathrooms are beautiful with large showers and lots of counter space for sharing. The kitchen is also spacious with high end appliances. The property management company is top notch. We had great communication both before and during our trip. We had a few minor issues that were resolved promptly and efficiently. Con’s - If you are traveling with a large group, there are some challenges. For one, the living room space and furniture is sparse. We traveled with a group of 12, 9 of them were boys/men aged 16-55. The sofa seats 2- 3 at most, which made it an uncomfortable space to hang out together in the evenings. The kitchen is also very under equipped for a home that sleeps 12. Trying to cook multiple meals for 12 proved difficult using the equipment provided and we eventually gave up and resorted to ordering more take out. This may or may not be important, depending on the size of your group. Summary - this is a lovely, beautiful home with great access to Watercolor’s top notch amenities. It’s managed by a very professional group that operates with great clarity and communication. Consider the size of your group and what you may like to do in the home - hanging out together, cooking meals, etc. to determine if it is the best fit. We had a great time at Watercolor and will look forward to a return visit soon!

Large bedrooms and a spacious kitchen. Beautiful screened in porches. Living space with television was a little small to accommodate our group for comfortable sitting. Two Week Family Vacation

It was our first time to stay in Camp District and it was the perfect location to be close to Camp but also near the Beach Club, Seaside and the Town Center. The house was perfect for us, we had so much room for the 4 adults and 3 kids. My only recommendation would be to put a digital lock on one of the doors and the physical key was kind of a headache. Very small problem, just a suggestion. The house is wonderful!

2022 Watercolor Vacay

It was good! The house was adequate for us all. We had to rent extra bikes and a 6 seater golf cart. We also had to furnish spices, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, bath soap, and more. It was on a busy street.
