We had a great time and enjoyed our stayed very much. Our family gateway was to enjoy our time together as we recently lost my brother-in-law in March and the fact the process was made very easy was even more perfect to just enjoy and celebrate my brother in law's life. Family get away

This is our second time renting this house for a long weekend. It is a great location, has all the dishes pots and pans we needed. Our time was a lot of fun with family and it was right on the water so the kids had a blast. Kim was easy to get a hold of and communicative.

Amazing!!

We fell in love with this location! Beautiful beach, incredible sunsets, we didn’t want to leave. Kim was so helpful and kind! She helped us with finding an amazing chef for two nights and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We definitely want to come back!

Amazing Accomodations and Host

I booked this property and the house next door for a small beach wedding with 35 close friends and family. we all slept comfortably and had more than enough space for peace and quiet if desired. If you want to throw a kick-ass party in Mexico on a sandy beach... book with Kim! She is kind, responsive, and reliable! She also knows the best and most affordable vendors in the area. 10/10 would do again.

Wonderful Experience

This home is super spacious located in a secluded area. We practically had the beach for ourselves. The host provided everything possible to keep the fun going, (kayaks, table games, pool table, among other things. The kitchen was super equipped with two refrigerators plus another one in the garage, gas grill, beach chairs. Our overall experience is a 10 +. Will definitely come back next year. My whole family is looking forward to it!. Thank you.!!

Ohhhh Mexico

Communication was great! House was exactly what we wanted. We have stayed in the resorts before and we do enjoy that but this was a different experience. The house it further from town and all the chaos. Kids would literally run in and out of the house and down to the beach with no worry. Pictures do not do the house justice. We loved the large open space, tons of seating, and privacy. House was well secured and in great shape!

Family Vacation

Foremost, working with Kim was great. Very accommodating and responsive throughout the entire process. As this was my first time renting in RP, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Driving directions to the house were perfectly figured out!! Easy to follow, and quick to learn. The location of the house and access to the BEACH makes the drive to the town well worth it! When getting ice and groceries, we brought insulated bags and a cooler, and we were fine. Each room had its own climate control which worked GREAT the entire time! The ceiling fans also worked great the whole time! The courtyard was perfect to hang laundry to dry and still give us plenty of room to walk around. Parking was easy, even with 5 vehicles. Two dining room tables and kitchen eat at the bar area was perfect even with 18 of us. The kitchen was HUGE and easy to navigate with 4 cooks. :o) Plenty of dishes and glasses, plastic and ceramic. The caretaker and manager were prompt to take care of our trash and any issues we had. 3 sliding glass doors gave everyone perfect access to the ocean patio and there was plenty of comfortable seating outside with a gas grill that worked perfectly!! Having so much drinking water included was such a blessing! And the suggestion to have a beverage cooler was spot on, as we went through 4 bags of ice a day with kids and adults. The second fridge/freezer helped us greatly with meal planning and marinating and storage of ice bags (the second fridge holds 6 bags of ice by the way). The beach was AMAZING! Chest high water for 3 football fields. Sand that was soft! And we never worried about our little ones, as there were 3 tide pools and 3 sand bars at low tide. When the tide came in, it was gentle enough that the children just moved closer to the house when it got too deep for them. LOTS of room for kids and dogs to play even at high tide. I loved that everyone was good at picking up after their pets so no stepping in "surprises". We can't WAIT to plan for our next vacation here!!

Bella Ramona Family Vacation

Great house for large party. Lots of beds, spacious and right on the beach. The beach was awesome, only feet away from back patio, no rock and lots of sea shells. Very gracious host. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful beach house

Excellent vacation for us ! House is specious and clean ! Kim property manager is prompt and communicated very well ! Make sure you reach before sunset as it is remote and hard to see signs and road in dark ! Clean beach and we all enjoyed ocean front home to watch sunrise and sunset ! We visit again !

Great for big families!

This home was perfect for our large family. The house is well-equipped, plenty of seating, and we loved the bedroom separation around the courtyard. The beach was perfect! Not only was the house amazing, but the property manager was great! She provided advice and info from the moment we booked the property, through until we returned from our weekend in paradise. Wonderful home but needs more attention to detail

We rented this house for our larger immediate family. Overall, it was a wonderful amazing space. The house was further out than we expected but that made for our own private beach. It was so quiet and private we loved that. The patio/beach was unbeatable. Having the water and sand so close made the trip! The great room was super large and perfect for our group. The fire pit is a great addition. We brought wood with us and made a fire each night. What a blast! For the nitty gritty, the outdoor furniture needs tlc. For the price we paid I was surprised to see old tattered ripped lounge chairs and old indoor office chairs to enjoy such a perfect setting. When we first walked in the house there was an open half drank soda on the counter and dirty pot holders which made for a weird first impression. The fire pit looked more like a trash pile with all the scraps from previous renters left littered around the pit but no big deal, we cleaned it up. When you first walk up from the outside you go through a gate (that doesn’t close) then into an open air courtyard. This is the only way to access 4 of the bedrooms. The door to the main house is very difficult to open and close especially when this is the only path to the 4 bedrooms. The pool sticks were all broken except for one and there was no chalk. The master bedroom blinds were broken so there was minimal privacy at night and the door does not fully shut nor lock. They stress not to waste water (because the haul it in) but for the price we paid, we should be able to take a normal shower. The water pressure is extremely low in all showers anyway.

Thank you for your response. We believe a resort would best serve you. Oceanfront private property, private beach, no traffic, no noise, endless private beach may not be what you need. Quality Oceanfront homes in Mexico go for $125 to 150 + per bedroom. So "the price you paid," is low. Perhaps view the competion. You booked 5 bedrooms that can sleep 22 for $650. That was your choice. No one on these beaches has perfect American style plumbing or electric. As is described in clarity in the Beach House info. Which you agreed to. All the private BEACHFRONT homes have trucked in water. Including my personal home which was 2 from Bella Ramona. We live here. We appreciate having fresh water on the beach and respect it. Water conservation has nothing to do with water pressure. WATER pressure is wonderful if multiple showers, dishwasher, faucets, toilets are not running all at the same time. Just like your home in the USA. You did not have to rent a home that sleeps 22. So "the price you paid was your choice." All this info was made available to you before you booked. This is a wonderful private beach community. Perhapse best served to rent 5+ bedrooms in a resort. That price would be far over $1000 and you would have had no privacy at all. "The price you paid?" Why didn't you find a smaller home?

Fall Break getaway

Overall a clean and beautiful place to stay right on the beach. Security guard Chavez was awesome. We Absolutely loved him. The only negative I would say is how far it is. We like to stay a little closer to las conchas and this house was a bit farther then expected. If you don’t mind that then this house is beautiful and exceeded all our expectations.

Great family weekend

Great house right on the beach. Best beach in Puerto Peñasco !!! It was so easy to communicate with Kim and she always answered right away. House was clean and the kitchen had everything and anything you need!!! Thank you again!
