Great property

Very comfortable space, exactly as described. Really nice view of the lake, and the selling for our making the reservation was the proximity to Silver Dollar City -it's a definite win if that's on your agenda.

Table Rock / Branson Condo Stay

The unit would be tremendously improved with 3-4 changes. 1. While the unit itself was very clean, the carpets are in desperate need of cleaning or replacing, they have a lot of spots and stains and make the condo feel dirty. 2. In general all of the furnishings are in very good condition, but the one and only couch is a disaster. The cushions are extremely worn making it very uncomfortable. 3. Some new bed coverings (comforter / shams) would go a long way, expecially in the master bedroom. 4. Virtually every closet is full of items that need to be emptied out and/or disposed of.

Great location & view of Table Rock Lake

Great condo for our off-season get away. Truly enjoyed the scenic view of Table Rock Lake. The amenities in the condo were everything we needed and we enjoyed many activities in Branson and surrounding area. We were blessed with amazing weather after escaping northern Illinois spur of the moment for a before the holidays vacay.

Good view and good location for Silver Dollar City

Enjoyed the location and view from the balcony. The two bedrooms and two baths were perfect for the 4 adults. The condo was not ready when we first got there. When they said it was ready we went back and it had not been cleaned very well with dirty towels still in bathroom and not vacuumed well either. Definitely needs to be cleaned better going forward. The two ceiling fans on the balcony did not work. Those need to be fixed so you can better enjoy sitting on the balcony. The carpet was dirty and needs to be cleaned.

the property was great, especially for the price....appliances were older but worked, stains on the carpet but nothing terrible...view was awesome looking at table rock.

Pros-Good bed, stocked kitchen, good shower, nice balcony with a lake view, quiet area Cons-no signage to specific apartment building, then to apartment after building was found, very steep and winding driving to building, no elevator, carpet needed cleaning, better overall cleaning of apartment. Manager never answered questions asked before arriving. Had to call to get correct code for door entry when we arrived and later to find out where to take out trash. Would probably not use again.

Nice, clean and roomy condo

Loved the location and had a great view of the lake. We spent a lot of time on the spacious deck and also loved that we had laundry in the unit. Definitely will stay here again!

Overall, it was a nice place.

Rental process was extremely easy. The rental was pretty clean, with the exception of a few high traffic areas on the carpet. Master shower doesn’t work. The pull up knob on the faucet is stuck. We couldn’t roll the coffee table away from the pull out sofa couch because one of the wheels was broken. We were too scared to move it after that The owners asked, in the agreement, that the HDMI cables on TV’s not be messed with. We didn’t have an Issue with that. However, we had to plug a power cable into the living room tv, and also plug in the cable box that was in the master. To us, these were all small details, that the owner needs to know of. The place was nice, clean, and close to Silve Dollar City. We would stay here again.

Great Condo

We loved this condo. Very nice interior. Husband loved getting up at 5 in the morning and sitting on balcony with cup of coffee and taking in the scenery of Table Rock lake and watching the boats out on the lake. We are both retired and husband has done said, we do this again, this is the condo he wants to come back to. Very Relaxing. A big Thank You to the owners of the condo.
