*Our neighborhood is a diverse community – It is safe neighborhood along with it’s surroundings.

We have over seven years of renting properties and are experts; we listen, we make improvements, we truly provide the best renting experience in the state. Our place will sleep up to 12 people comfortably.

Open concept over 2000 sq ft. - Very clean and well maintained home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Please during these trying times don’t not book for parties and or any large gatherings. Your booking could be declined.

Very comfortable!

It was a lovely home eith an open floorplan i just loved! The area was nice and clean, not a lot of outside noise and the road was easy to get in and out of. The hosts replied in a timely manner and were kind. All in all, a very nice place to stay!

Value Stay!

Our host was very attentive and responsive to the needs of our group. The updated kitchen and living room are really beautiful. The house is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood and there is a driveway. The bathroom might have been missed accidentally in the cleaning before our group arrived. I found out later there were no towels and it hadn't been cleaned when the first members of our group arrived (hair in the drain, stain on the wall). Joseph took care of the team's requests for soap, hand towels, and batteries for the remote control right away when we sent a message. Joseph was very helpful throughout the trip and attentive to the needs of the team.

Ok

House had a nice open floor plan as described. The house had plenty of room for my family of 7 during the stay. Not much to do know the area will have to drive to most places. They do have the sister staying in the basement which was a little uncomfortable and I did not notice that mentioned in the listing. We only found that out as we were already heading to the property.

Wonderful Home!

I stayed here with a large group, and it was perfect! The home was in a residential area that felt safe and close to a lot of the things we wanted to do in and near Paterson. There was ample parking in the driveway (enough for four cars) and on the street. The home itself was very clean and felt fresh and updated with an open concept on the first floor and lots of seating (4 chairs at the island, 4 chairs at the table, and a large sectional couch). The keypad entry made it very easy for the group to enter and exit as needed without having to coordinate a key. The two bathrooms (one on each floor) were sufficient for us, even with a large group. The beds were comfortable as well - a bunk bed where both beds are doubles, a room with two double beds, and two rooms with a double bed in each - all on the second floor. Overall, it was a great experience, and we hope to stay again in the future!

My experience at his house was horrible

I would never rent from them again. This house has so many problems to it and they have her sister staying in the basement of this house. The ceiling in the kitchen had water damage, so after a couple of days staying there the kitchen ceiling caving in on us. It was water and drywall everywhere. I called the man who owned the house immediately to ask for assistance, but he told me that someone else will come out there tomorrow at the wee Lee to fix the problem. I asked him did he know about the water damage and he lied to me and said he didn’t know how bad it was, but he knew that it was water damage, thank God me and my kids was not hurt in the process but if you asked me, this house should have never been online or because they knew about the water damage to the kitchen cause the backyard was dirty trash was everywhere. The house was not clean properly. It was dead bugs all in the living room. The house has so much damage to it, that it needed to be repaired and fix I sent the man the pictures of the house, and he told me that they was going to have someone come out to fix the house, so if you ask me, my experience was horrible and I would never rent from this website again

What stay?

We get the address and drive to the house and ask for the code. Receive an email that the house doesn’t longer have a lease. It took us an hour to find a hotel with 2 rooms with 2 beds.

The Ant nightmare

I was super excited about my trip to New Jersey. The house looked like everything we needed for my family and I to celebrate my daughters 10th birthday. The check in process was a little strange the host stated they needed to meet us at the location to do a walk through. Although it was not stated anywhere on the listing. I unfortunately did not get to do the walkthrough with the host because we were driving 17hours to this location and was running late and had my sisters (who are a little younger than me and naive) do the walkthrough. My sisters stated that the host mentioned that there were ants by the back door but they’d be no problem. (Wrong) When I first arrived to the location I thought it was nice walking through the front door. I soon realized the house was not cleaned at all. The couch had stains on it, the living room tv had a dark glare on it, the fridge was gross, the cabinets were disgusting, the stove disgusting and then the sink had three sponges in it that smelled HORRIBLE. I then went upstairs to the rooms. This had had all the space my family and I needed but the rooms looked run down. Paint was ripped on the walls and the floors were leaning. The closet in my room was off the hinges. Let’s get back to the ants, they were EVERYWHERE crawling upstairs in my sisters room. They were crawling on them on the bed. They were all over the kitchen. We had to put most of our food in the fridge. This is not what I thought my hard earn money would go to.

For filled our Needs

It was great as it was near our relatives that we came to visit. 2 full bathrooms was very convenient and off street parking for 2 cars. Also very clean

Owners are very responsive and helpful! Great place close to I80 and easy to navigate to NYC from! Home is very tastefully redecorated with very comfy mattresses!

Weekend Getaway

Stayed for a weekend getaway with some friends. Very clean house and the warm welcome from the host. Nice small backyard to hang outside, and inside was spacious enough for everyone to relax and enjoy time with each other. TV was perfect with all we needed to watch. Everything that was needed was supplied from towels to bedsheets to kitchen supplies. Would definitely recommend and come again.

Felt very comfortable and at home!

I would definitely recommend! The home owner responds very quickly. We enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and very clean. The house is very close to NYC and other attractions.

Great communication

Sally was amazing prior to check in, during our stay, and even after check out comm communicating to ensure our needs were met. Overall the property ending up be a slightly small for our large crew with 6 beds and on bathroom, but if that is sufficient for your needs we highly recommend renting this property. Communication can break or make the stay and this was smooth sailing.

Wrestlemania Weekend

Having never used or booked with VRBO before we were a little skeptical about what to expect. Our group (5 adults and 3 children) needed accommodations for Wrestlemania in the NY/NJ area. We also needed it somewhat last minute, as coordinating with everyone's work schedule made planning difficult. We found Sally and Joseph's place in Paterson, that had off-street parking, which was important because we were driving down from Rochester in multiple vehicles. The home also had an open floorplan concept, which with the number of people, is obviously important so everyone was not on top of one another. Before booking and upon booking, Sally and Joseph answered all questions we had, and were very responsive throughout the entire process. They were also very accommodating since we would be arriving between 10:30-11:00pm on Thursday. They MET US THERE when we arrived, showed us the home, and answered any last minute questions we had. That was and is HUGE from a customer service standpoint!!! They also made communication very easy by way of the VRBO app or text. The home was AMAZING. Infact, some members of our group wished they could live there permanently because of layout, updates, and finishes. Everything came together perfectly to make for a great weekend. I cannot thank Sally and Joseph enough for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home. Five stars across the board. We would definitely stay again, and can't wait to go back down again in the future. Thank you!!!
