Beautiful 3 Bedroom Townhouse, 10 Mins to Logan.

Main Floor: Large Kitchen, Great Room (with Smart TV) and Half bath, access to 2 Car Garage. Seating enough for 9 at the table and bar. Large comfy sectional and chair in great room. Patio: Grill and Patio Setting. Second Floor: 3 Bedrooms (2 Bedrooms w/walk in closets), 2 Full Bathrooms and Laundry. 3 Queen beds, 2 twins(hide a bed and dover chair) and pack n play. Sleeps 8 comfortably. (Can use sectional couch for additional if needed). Walking distance to Convenience Store (Short Stop) and Hyrum Dam. Grocery Store and Restaurants just up the street. Book provided with all the close and great businesses available. Clean fresh country air. Quiet neighborhood. Great for friends or family or just a couple getaway!
Stay here for all of the amazing Cache Valley Events: Marathons (Ragnar, Top of Utah, MS, Little Red, Jotoja, etc.) Festival of American West, Summer Fest, Cache County Fair, Utah State University (business meetings, graduation, sports), Company Business meetings/workouts, Transition Changes to new jobs, Art Walk, Logan firework show, Skiing at Beaver Mountain/Cherry Peak(summer concerts), Bear Lake, family reunions, snowboarding, hiking, Hyrum Dam, Porcupine Dam, Scenic Byway, Blacksmith Fork Canyon, See the Elk and so much more!

Max occupancy: 8 Comfortably (9-10 using sectional couch).
Load Dishwasher, Clean out fridge, take out garbage and put all the sheets/towells in the laundry room. Please keep the noise down for the neighbors.

Nice place to enjoy the area.

Stayed with friends for a bike ride in Logan. The condo was clean, well stocked, and quiet. Would stay again.

Large Beautiful property to enjoy Cache Valley

preston Idaho Motorcycle race.

This is on me but I didn’t mention I had a trailer and there is limited space for trailer parking or larger vehicles like trucks. The garage is for smaller vehicles and one at best. The house was very clean, they even had some fresh bread,jam and a pumpkin cake which were all good. I would recommend this place to others

Beautiful home and perfect location!

This home is very clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is full size and has everything you need for cooking meals. The 3 bedrooms have very comfortable beds with plenty of space and are very nicely decorated. There is a small patio out back with a grill and a small table and chairs for relaxing and a small grass area. We had 4 adults and 2 small children in our group and this home was perfect for us. Kim was very nice to work with and she responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Thanksgiving stay

This townhome worked great and was very comfortable for our family of four adults, 3 children and a baby. The townhome was conveniently located to our family we had Thanksgiving with. The kitchen is well stocked which made it easy to prepare dishes . Jerry and Kim have thought of everything to make This home very welcoming and comfortable

Wonderful stay in a great townhouse near Logan Utah.

If your heading to Logan or the surrounding area, this one should be on your shortlist. Very conveniently located in a quiet area. Couldn’t have been any nicer. Everything was set up great. The house was immaculate, super comfortable and anything that could have possibly been needed was there. Really made the week spent there super enjoyable. Thanks to the wonderful host for a very pleasant stay. Very highly recommended...

We couldn't have asked for more!

This property was exactly as described, and more. I was so impressed with the cleanliness and household supplies. From condiments to bottled water to laundry supplies, Kim has thought of everything someone may need to run a household, without expecting you to spend hundreds more buying things you only need for a couple days. Having just come from a rental where we DID need to provide EVERY SINGLE THING we'd need for more than a day, we were frankly surprised that this space did not overlook a single detail. It's exactly where you want to stay on vacation or business, a home away from home. While we had no trouble, Kim was always responsive and available. Everything was seamless and the checkout process was incredibly simple. All of the neighbors were lovely too. I can't say enough good things about this space. We loved our stay and will absolutely choose this property again. Thanks for everything, Kim!

Family reunion at Hyrum State Park

This property was just what we needed. Extra supplies were available. The hosts were quick to respond and provided plenty of information about what was available in the surrounding area. This was just around the corner from the lake and was perfect!

Très bien!

Kim a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe de la meilleure façon qui soit. La maison est très propre, facile à vivre avec plein de rangements et tout ce qu’il faut en terme d’équipement Le lotissement est un peu surprenant, encadré par une station essence et une maison avec une carcasse de voiture plantée dans le jardin mais c’est très calme. Nous n’étions là que pour dormir après de longues journées de travail; rien à redire c’était très bien!
