Great place!

Cozy, clean, has everything you need. Could benefit from beach chairs and umbrella. Too expensive to rent - bench is $ 40 per day if you rent on the beach.

Love it!

We have stayed in PCB several times, Love the Sterling Reef! This condo was decorated beautifully, everything was clean, fully stocked, master bedroom mattress was the most comfortable we have slept on….even better than home!

Great vacation!

The property was located close to a lot of restaurants and the water park was within walking distance. We enjoyed our visit. The master bedroom bed was a little too high to get in especially for a 5’5” person. It was very comfortable!

Condo was clean

Great location & clean condo. Great view from balcony. Only complaint is not enough towels for six people.

Great stay

Wonderful condo. Beds were very comfortable. Location is great. Only downfall was the elevators were very slow. And we were not able to use the pool the whole stay. He was down for maintenance

Had a great stay, Unit was excellent and all we could ask for. Parking deck was an great plus. never more than 25 to 30 steps from elevator.

Exceptional!

My family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the Sterling Reef 403 immensely. I loved not having to waste one minute checking in, the key pad on the door was awesome! It is a great location and the beach was beautiful!! Parking and the elevator was easy, too. No long waits or walks. We will definitely stay in 403 again!

Unit 403

This place was very nice! It was clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony of the ocean. They had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had a problem with the sliding glass door and a repair man was there the next morning and fixed it. He was very polite and pleasant. I would definitely go back.

Cleanliness was poor.

The cleaning company can do a much better job in cleaning the condo and preparing the unit for guests.

Nice condo

Condo is beautiful. I didn’t much care for the pests inside but. The alarms kept going off . It was just a lot of money on a room that we couldn’t fully enjoy ..This condo has a beautiful view of the pier .

Improvements

The master bedroom needs an updated bed frame as it doesn't even fit the mattress. The unit needs ceiling fans. Overall we had a great time.

Lovely Condo

Great location, wonderful condo, clean and nicely furnished. Only problem was getting repairs for balcony door and TV. The management did not follow up with us and we did not know for days what was going on. Poor communications, otherwise great time.

Thank you Kenneth! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We apologize that the cable issue was a COA maintenance issue. They did not follow up with us on a time frame and left our management not knowing when they could come. In regard to the balcony door, we did notify you and inform you that the balcony door could be opened but needed additional maintenance that would be extensive and we did not want to hinder your stay and suggested we come back at your departure. We never heard back from you. We do everything we can to reach out to our guests. We are sorry you did not receive any of our voicemails or emails. We would love to have you back. Thanks again!

Great view and clean rooms

Everything the listing stated! Great view and wonderful weather, even though hurricane Ian was hitting lower FL. Great stay and will plan to be back! Only thing I ask if you have children please please reach them about balconies and how dangerous they can be and keep an eye on them and do not leave them unattended. An 11 year old lost his life falling from the 19th floor during our stay! Many prayers for the family and everyone that witnessed this tragic incident!

Good condo / bad weather

Condo was nice and had plenty of space. Weather was poor due to the recent passing of Hurricane Sally. PCB isnt the same with cloudy weather and brown water. :(
