Great condo, lots of space and great balcony with amazing sunrise and sunset views. Plenty of space for our family of 8. Away from the crowds at the larger condos and easy beach access and close to St Andrews state park!

Pictures does not do it justice. It is a beautiful condo with lots of space. Very clean and very comfortable with everything you can think of from cooking equipment in the kitchen to beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys. A Family vacation to remember and can’t wait to try to return next year. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We especially loved the breathtaking ocean view from the balcony—it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The private beach was a wonderful amenity, offering a peaceful and exclusive experience away from the crowds.The condo itself was beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed. The oversized showers and luxurious jacuzzi tub made it feel like a true retreat. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained.We had a fantastic vacation and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We're already looking forward to coming back again next year!

Superb Condo

We (as a family of 5 plus 2 grandparents) thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this place. The location is perfect, with a low-traffic area that makes it easy to access the pool and beach areas.Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I also appreciate the private feel, which contrasts with the typical resort vibe.I’ll definitely be returning!

Breathtaking Views

The property was outstanding. We were able to watch the birds and dolphins feeding every morning from the balcony. The beach was never overcrowded like some of the beaches in front of the larger condos in the area. Overall I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

This property exceeded our expectations. It is way better than pictures. The kitchen is full equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms super clean. The living room is super comfortable. The whole decor is very luxury. And if that’s not enough, the view is astonishing! The Balcony has chairs, sofa and a table, so you can spent your time just admiring the ocean. This unity is a great spot for resting and relaxing. Perfect location, the beach is almost private and the unity has beach chairs and toys. Unforgettable vacations. Thank you!

Awesome Beach Condo!

We were looking for a nice place to spend with my aging parents that would just be steps from the Sandy beach. We feel like we hit the jackpot with this one! The bonus was the blue disabled mat right next to our condo, made a walk to the sand possible since my Mom uses a walker. We had a minor issue with the Air conditioning leaking but management promptly showed up and repaired it we loved your place and would love to stay here again! Thank you so much! Everything was clean and beds were all comfortable even the bunk room

Appearance & VRBO management

The condo was decorated beautifully, the owner is either an interior decorator or they had it professionally decorated. The area was perfect: sits right on beach & more residential so a lot less traffic than “mega condo” area. Our only issues: the stove was broken, it wasn’t repaired until the day before left and maintenance people showed up twice unannounced by the VRBO management. They did offer a discount for stove - so they made it “right”.
