Overall a great stay and a good time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful 7-day stay at this condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped for our group of 10. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and convenient. The location was great, and the property made a perfect home base for our trip. The elevators could be slow and crowded at times, which was very frustrating, especially when traveling with a larger group and luggage. Being located on the 11th floor of a high rise was not ideal. Definitely something we will take into consideration for our next vacation. The furniture was dated, bulbs were blown in one bedroom. The refrigerator was dirty in the ice-maker (had mold). The ice-maker didn’t work. Drawers were broken on the dressers in another bedroom due to being outdated. Dirty pans and dishes. Vacuum cleaner was old and not equipped to handle the foot traffic of 10 guest. The mattress in the master bedroom needs replacing. It was wore out and the bedspreads were old. TV’s required resetting everyday in order to function and watch tv. One of the bathrooms had a clogged sink/plumbing. Maintenance responded quickly when called upon. They fixed what they could. No complaints there. Other than those thoughts, we had a great experience. We won’t be staying in another high rise condo in future vacations.

I'm glad to hear that our maintenance department was able to come by in a timely manner to address the items you brought to our attention. Our whole team is equally as responsive as our maintenance and I wish that you had mentioned thinking there may have been more cleaning done in the freezer, but it was not reported. We have double checked this area and are happy to report that it is clean. Unfortunately, we have no control over the resort and elevator wait times as we only manage the condo you stayed in. We wish you luck in the future.

Memorial Visit.

The cleanliness of Tidewater was impressive. The condo was very clean. The view of 1102 was amazing. We loved the condo and the elevator being just outside the door.

Spring Break 2024

Check in was the easiest we have experienced! Location was quiet and beautiful but close enough to the downtown area it was within walking distance! We had no issues with elevators as others seem to have had - they were super busy - but everyone was nice and worked together! Everything was as we expected or better ! Great Spring Break 2024 !

Very nice condo, could’ve been cleaner. The floor was dirty and we had to wear shoes all the time to avoid our feet turning black/dirty.

Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect, three very large bedrooms and bathrooms , large living space, it has a few little older outdated things but nothing that really affected us, kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need, biggest issue that we had as everybody else had is the elevators of course, there’s always at least one broken down and there’s so many people, we often just took the stairs, but the condo itself was great! Beautiful view.

Would stay again

2 outdoor pools both with Hot tub/spas. Fitness center with steamrooms and saunas located in the restroom area (so they are seperated by geneder) Indoor pool (I found it to be slightly unpleasant as it was too warm and humid, but that didnt deter my children on a rainy day) no hot tub/spa in the indoor pool. Arcade was small, but thats good for me because I could see my children easily. Easy access to the beach. The condo itself

Our Condo was nice but property was bad

Loved our condo but the Tide Waves property and staff were not good at all!Only 1 elevator per end worked to cover 30 floors. We waited minimum of 12-15 minutes every time we used them. Sometimes we waited longer Staff at desk were rude!
