We’ve been back a few times and love this mountain cottage. The lake and outdoor amenities and beautiful and the cottage is comfortable and cozy. Great location!

Beautiful property! Lovely town! Great dining options!

We enjoyed the property and the town. Went out for most meals and enjoyed all of them. The private guided tour of the waterfalls and area is a must!

Unfortunately, this cabin was very dirty and dusty. The entire place smells musky and moldy.

Great cabin in an excellent location close to downtown Highlands

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The location and proximity to downtown Highlands was great. The view of the lake is amazing. The cabin definitely has a rustic feel but was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub and being able to bring our dogs along.

A wonderful getaway!

The cottage is just charming with so much room! From the deck, the sunroom, sitting in the living room watching the birds or sitting outside in one of the sitting areas, everything was perfect! Very well maintained and close to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Nice place

The property is very nice. I enjoyed the canoe and swimming in the lake. You must be careful entering the highway from the driveway.

Our favorite house in Highlands

We have stayed in this wonderful cottage 4 times since the current owners purchased the property in 2014 and have enjoyed our stays each time. They have upgraded the home during that time, making it a more enjoyable place to stay. We would like to return in future years.

Lake

Great location. Lake views. Canoe a plus. Used the hot tub and fire pit. Lots of space. Furniture outdated though. Guest beds uncomfortable. But main bedroom just fine. This was my second time renting and would again

Great escape to The Highlands!

We stayed at this fun cottage on Lake Sequoyah to celebrate a couple birthdays (mom and wife). We enjoyed canoeing on the lake, relaxing on the hammock, and just hanging out on the back deck and feeding the birds. Proximity to downtown shopping and dining was excellent. Traffic noise was a little louder than expected (the house is not far from highway 64), but overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would stay here again!

Family friendly

Great place for all ages: lots of room, large hot tub, dock, canoe, grill, fire pit. Beware of bears at night.

Incredible Mountain/lake bungalow

-Home is only a few steps from the private dock. -Spacious living areas, kitchen & family room combination. -Master bed very comfortable, cannot Comment on others since we did not sleep in them. -Great views from the balcony, glassed-in porch (on cooler mornings), MBR, and main room. —Hot tub and hammock add to comfort level We will definitely be back!
