The host Yelena is quick to answer any questions and make sure your staying is nothing but fantastic. The location is amazing, the view even better The place is fully equipped with anything and everything that you need for the beach, toys, towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs to a full kitchen to make your favorite mealsThe pool area is clean and quietWe will definitely be back

A great place to stay

We have had a great stay here. The property Exceeds Expectations! A previous review had commented that the furniture was dated, but we found it very nice. The bathrooms are modern and updated! The kitchen was well stocked and great for cooking! We would definitely stay here again!!

This condo was perfect for myself and teen daughters. Location is amazing! Very close to the beach with a pedestrian walkway right in front of the building. Five minute drive to Publix, ten minute walk to Johns Pass Village, and an easy 20 minute drive into downtown St. Petersburg. Condo was clean and spacious with plenty of towels and even some beach gear. The host was amazing and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Beach vacation

This was a beautiful property. The owner was wonderful and made perfect. There was a hiccup with the lock on the front door but they did everything possible to fix it. I recommend this condo. The view was amazing.

Just perfect. We loved this place. The owner came through for us when we were in a real pinch. Communication was great. The place was perfect. It was close to the beach, had a pool, was on the top floor. Just perfect. We will come back.

The rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The sunsets were amazing from my balcony view. Very close to John's Pass with many options for shopping and eating. The pool was clean but small for the size of the resort.

Cannot beat the location! Right across from public beach access. Quick walk to John’s Pass. 10 minute walk to Candy kitchen. Unit itself was adequate. Could use a little deep cleaning, general buildup on base boards, doors etc. Handle on sliding door was very loose. Just some general upkeep needed. We realize the owner may not visit as often as they’d like.Owner was very responsive. We were missing a cooler and the beach umbrella was broke when we got there. Owner had new items there the next day. Very good communicator. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property.

Great location, spacious unit

We met 2 other families who also stayed at this resort, our unit had the best view and layout. We came for the 4th July weekend, a wonderful spot to see the fireworks!

Amazing view

Property owner were very good to communicate with & if question or problems called or texted back very quickly. The view for sunsets was amazing. Furniture could use some updating. Very basic decorated but clean. Worked great for us.

Pleasant stay

The condo is roomy and nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the view of sunsets from the deck is fabulous. While the property shows some age its upkeep is adequate. The owner took a while to respond to Vrbo messages but rapidly returned texts and phone calls.
