Madeira Bay Resort 506 Gulf View w/Beach Access

Madeira Bay Resort #506 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with two private balconies. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom also has a king size bed. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Condo is very spacious and features a Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Tile and wood laminate flooring throughout. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo IS PET FRIENDLY with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee). One parking pass provided.

Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

OUR STAY

Generally a very nice place. Elevator was a bit sketchy and the tub was stained and rust around fixtures. We would come again.

Great location with pets allow

Our 3rd year at Madeira Bay Resort. Always a great stay and wonderful location near st John's pass. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we had an excellent time at our unit and the beach. Having the washer/dryer was handy. Appreciated the various beach accessories since we flew in. So happy to see the vast majority of things opening up. This is my 4th time using TRS in Madeira Beach. I will be back again!

Great Location and Spacious Condo

We had a great stay. Went to a wedding and had a great place to hang out between events. Definitely worth renting!!

Great location

Very nice property. 5 minute walk to the beach, great food right next door. Easy walk to johns pass. A little difficult to find lobby/check in area, but thats my only complaint!

Clean Condo in heart of Madeira Beach

Overall, the condo was very clean and well equipped. Some of the furniture has seen better days. The pool was underwhelming with only one umbrella. On-site staff were excellent.

Madeira Bay Resort II 506

The road noise and elevator noise were terrible in the master bedroom. Bathtub and toilets needed a good cleaning. The pool was very small and not appealing at all.

Place was great. It was clean and pretty. The extras such as chairs and towels was a great surprise to us. The kitchen was great. I've never been to a rental with good pans and a sharp knife.

Great location. Clean condo.

Easy check in. Super clean. Great location. Walking distance to beach and John’s pass! The only thing I would say is don’t use both showers at the same time. Not good water pressure or temperature when both are running at the same time. Otherwise fantastic. I’d stay agian.

Just as described!

This is a great condo, spacious, VERY clean(some updates needed) and perfect proximity to the beach! It’s literally across the street from the beach…a 3 min walk at most! There was also beach equipment available for use. The check-in process was smooth and we were allowed to check-in a early and the front desk staff was extremely helpful! We only stayed at the property 24hrs due to hurricane evacuation, but we ENJOYED every minute, plan on returning next year, and highly recommend this property!

Great spot for quick family getaway

The condo met our needs perfectly. The location was great, and we enjoyed short walks to restaurants & and shopping. The check-in process was quick & easy & the staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. The condo was very clean and all the linens smelled just-washed fresh. 1 minor inaccuracy in the listing had us expecting a twin pull-out sofa in the 2nd bedroom. Instead there was a roll-away bed in the large closet in the master bedroom, so all was well, it just took us a minute to figure it out. We loved the place and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great location

The location is perfect! Just a short walk to the beach. The condo was as pictured and very clean. They also had beach supplies in the closet- beach chairs, boogie board, sun screen and a stroller. The only thing was the parking. You are allowed one parking pass and my MIL had to park at St. John’s pass garage which cost 30$ a day which adds up. So keep that in mind: But overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

Room 506

Nice location, walked to everything. We traveled with a group and our room was one of the largest but if we all wanted to hang out in the living room and watch TV (also very small), four of us would not have fit comfortably in the living room. Maybe if you are traveling with small kids instead of large teenagers it wouldn't be an issue. The other rooms were even smaller. I suggest that they update the lighting in the kitchen as it was very dark - needed new overhead lights or at least under cabinet lighting.

Great location for beach access

My husband and I stayed here with another couple for 2 nights on Labor Day weekend. Pros: 1) The location is within walking distance to Johns Pass where there are tons of restaurants, bars and shops. 2) It was an easy walk across the street to the beach access. 3) It has TWO king size beds and ceiling fans in the bedrooms 4) It has nice beach views from the bedrooms and balconys 5) Amazing water pressure in the showers Cons: 1) The unit faces the street and it was VERY noisy at night, making it hard to fall asleep even after midnight. I read other reviews and thought I'd be fine, but if I ever go back, I'll be packing ear plugs! 2) It needs a deep cleaning - the closet door slats were filled with dust clumps. 3) It could use new area rugs - not enough vacuuming in the world or carpet steam cleaning could fix them, and throw pillows in the living room - the ones there are dingy and stained. Overall, I would stay here again if I knew it was only going to be for a couple nights based on the location and price.

Great View

Everything was pretty good, very basic, but clean. Our particular unit could use some updating. The appliances were noisy and dishwasher inefficient. The master bath was large W/double sinks (no stoppers), but jetted tub should be torn out and replaced by a walk-in shower. It was worn and outdated. The resort itself should up-date the quality of there bed linens and towels. Very low grade. I was them and ended up wearing holes in them. Will stay again. Minor stuff. Staff was great.
