The house was designed for multi-family dwelling with 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, 2 porches and 8 bedrooms. Reversed living - Easy ocean access (2 min walk) to a life-guarded beach and good bay views and access (1/2 block). Watch the sunrise from the beach side deck; the sunset from the bay side deck. Or enjoy it all from the hot tub in the rooftop deck that features panoramic views.

The house sleeps 19 in beds. There are: 1 king bed; 6 queen beds; 2 bunk sets with a trundle. 6 full bathrooms. Enjoy the two outside showers when you come back from a great day at the beach. House also has 2 sets of washers and dryers.

There are pocket doors that can be closed to separate the 2 sides of the house for privacy or to reduce noise from one side to the other. Although you have to enter the house through the same door, once inside, if you'd like to, you can live somewhat separately. Each side of the house has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, covered porch, 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. Lots of bikes, ride-on toys for toddlers, beach chairs and toys.

Linens and towels not included. Linens can be rented from LBI DreamMakers or LBI Concierge.
