The rooms require a deep cleaning. Bathroom door knob broken. Never received our parking pass for our additional vehicle or all of the door codes. Otherwise our stay was good and reasonably priced.

Never Stay Here!

I love the city of Chelan but absolutely nothing about this rental. This was supposed to be a fun final trip before our son started school. We left feeling like we needed the shower for days

Nice potential but management is lacking

The set up is nice, 2 separate bedrooms each with own baths. The overall cleanliness should be better and some missing, broken items. Communication with management was via text which appeared to be an AI bot, no follow up from management.

Great Property with a few issues.

This is a great 2 bedroom condo, located right on the lake. Very comfortable beds and new recliner in the living area. The television never really worked, when trying to watch NETFLIX, it kept going into buffer mode. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken and even though we reported the issue as soon as we checked in, they were never repaired during our 2 day visit. The kitchen had 2 wine glasses, with a 4 person occupancy, there should be at least 4 glasses.

Great price and location

Our family stayed here during our spring break. The condo was clean and great size for us. Loved the location being close to town. Kitchen wasn’t fully stocked with some cooking items, but it was nice to have a full kitchen. The pool at the facility was the biggest disappointment. My kids were looking forward to swimming and we chose an indoor pool due to the time of year. The pool was 75 degrees. We have 3 kids under 5, so that tempature wasn’t ideal. My 16 month old shivering the whole time. We still liked the condo but not sure we’d come back with the pool being that cold.

A little dated

Beds comfy, just like some other comments it was a bit dirty. Floor needed sweeping, somethimg was spilled all over inside a cupbaord. Dishwasher had hand prints all over, pots and pans were dirty. Like crusty and oily. Tge outdoor table we ate dinner on had to be scrubbed - it hadnt been done in a ling while! Bathrooms were clean. Location is great, pool is great. Furnitire could be updated by even shopping at a goodwill. Curtains didnt pull up in bedroom and one window was missing curtains, but no neighbors at the time, so we were ok. The sun shining in in the morning blinded us though! But all in all, it worked.

Clean but some issues present

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Considering we paid $400 a night I kind of expected a little better. The microwave didn't work. The maintenance person came promptly and was very friendly, but he mentioned that this has happened before. The master bedroom/bath had 4 panels missing on the blinds and the hairdryer didn't work. The patio was filthy and not private at all. The condo itself was clean and worked perfect for the vacation we planned with the 6 of us.

Great location will stay again

Great spot right above the park. Garage code never worked but parking was not an issue. Fairly clean but tv was a pain to sort out; wish there was a guide instead of 5 remotes. Overall though great value and an excellent location/complex.

Mediocre

Not maintained very well. Clean but well worn. Couldn’t get the tv to work even with help from maintenance person. Several outlets didn’t work, Only 3 patio chairs..we had family of four ☹️. Light over master shower burned out. Patio table & chairs were full of cobwebs. Would not recommend unfortunately .

Terrible Experience

First off when got to condo only 2 mismatched coffee cups in whole kitchen. Shower curtain in master bath was moldy. That could have been a quick fix. There was a terrible rain & hail storm the 2nd day there & being on the first floor was not good! The rain water immediately starts coming into the bedroom closet to outside. It was halfway thru bedroom when my 2 sons took kitchen pans and literally hand scooped water away from the outside walls so the owners condo wouldn’t get flooded all the way through. So my sons saved their condo from flooding & we get just the fees of $300 some odd dollars refunded. I’m a business owner myself and if a stranger showed that much respect for my property I would definitely have showed some sort of compensation for ALL the effort they put forth to save my condo! Okay

At first we came in and noticed all the floors were dirty. The bathroom rug had toothpaste smeared. The shades in the main room were broken, and one window didn’t have shades at all and the sun would shine in your eyes at 6am :/. The second room had a dead bug under the pillow. There were no sheets for the foldable couch. The master bathroom has a moldy curtain sheet. After mentioning this to them, they sent cleaners the next day to clean the condo. They did a great job! I’m glad they were able to fix most of the things. But next time I’ll be staying in a different number

Nice place with a few set backs.

The first floor is great, because it was such a close walk to the pool and my kids loved that! The pool is warm and the hot tub is great! The condo was very clean and reasonably priced. Check in was challenging because we were given the wrong code for the door. 20 minutes on hold before anyone answered, then finally got to talk to the property manager who gave us new codes and we got it. The whole process of getting in took about an hour, which was frustrating. There aren't a lot of kitchen supplies, but there was enough to be adequate. The TV does not connect to the internet for streaming and we had to reboot the TV to get the cable to work. There weren't very many blankets, so I would recommend bringing some of your own to sleep with. The recliner is broken and the bbq didn't work well. The backdoor is difficult to shut, but my husband got it figured out. Overall we did have a lovely time and the price us hard to beat!

Great area, unit was lacking.

The Chelan area and people in the community are very nice. The unit however, was lacking basic necessities to support 4, much less 6 guests. Doors were in disrepair, fireplace did not work, 3 unpatched wine glasses, 3 coffee cups, no extra linens, used dish pad, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, 3 patio chairs and no tv in the king bedroom. Customer support gave us the run around and maintenance resolution was average.

Could have been better

The unit itself is nice and spacious but there were a few issues that didn’t make this a great getaway. The recliner is broken or at least doesn’t work properly. The BBQ condition is horrible. Lighting is the kitchen is non existence. The TV in the master bedroom is not working. The dirt and food scraps under the beds was disgusting. Tried to speak with them (email, phone) but just got some empty promises. In the end I gave up and decided it’s not worth my time. If they could manage to solve these issues this place would be great. Not much of a view to the lake but you do see the mountains and have a nice patio and you get great access to a nice pool and hot tub on the same level. Parking was excellent. The use of very long access code to get in anywhere in the building was a bit annoying... I would probably stay in a different unit in the same location next time

Great stay

Overall it was a great place to stay. Upon arrival the place was very well cleaned. The location was also great. There were some maintenance that needed to be done on a wall or floor but nothing major. The walls were sound proof which was great for more privacy between neighbors.
