Pool + Swim-Up Bar + Rooftop + Game Room + Rooftop | Mins to Beach | Monarch

Backup appliances saving the day, that's the big house advantage! Glad the game room and pool won over all 13, and we've sent the shower knob, dryer, and oven fixes to our maintenance team so everything runs at full strength. We'll be ready for your return!

Twenty people and still plenty of room to move around says a lot about how the layout works — glad it came together well for your group. Great to hear the pool was a highlight too. Thank you for flagging the upkeep items; that feedback has been passed along to our team so we can get things looking their best. Appreciate you taking the time, and we'd love to host your group again.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled the pool and home were perfect for your group’s getaway. It’s wonderful to hear you had a relaxing, laughter-filled stay and made great memories. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you, Amy! We're glad you enjoyed the house and that everyone had a great time. We appreciate the note about parking and hope to host you again in the future!

Happy to hear the pool and location were outstanding and that you had a great time overall, and thank you for the kind words on our team's communication. We are sorry the home's amenities and upkeep did not reflect the level of care we aim to provide during your visit. Since your stay, the maintenance items you raised have been resolved and the home's amenities, including the elevator, golf cart, bicycles, and grill, are available and in working order. We would welcome the chance to show you the difference on a future stay. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

Thank you for your feedback, Mayra. We’re glad you enjoyed the spaciousness of the home, our team’s service, and the beach access, but we’re sorry for the maintenance issues you experienced. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can address these concerns and make the necessary improvements.
