Plan your getaway today! This 3 bedroom/3 bath beach house is located at 1363 Dolphin Drive in the Southside section of the award winning Ocean Lakes community. It’s a short 5 minute walk to the beach. This house has two covered porches perfect for morning coffee, lazy afternoons, family dinners and quiet evenings.

Kitchen: equipped with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, utensils, toaster, stove top fry pans, crockpot, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and microwave.
Living Room: 50 inch flat screen TV with blueray DVD player with apps, sleeper sofa, wifi and extended cable.
Master bedroom- 2nd floor, queen-size bed with flat-screen TV. Private deck and private bath with shower.
Guest bedroom- 2nd floor, queen-size bed with flat-screen TV. Private bath with shower.
Third bedroom- 1st floor, queen-size bed with flat-screen TV.
Hall bath-1st floor. Tub/shower combination with vanity.
Washer/Dryer—full-size washer and dryer located in hall bath.
Upper Deck-located off of master bedroom. Covered deck with seating.
Lower Deck-covered deck with seating and outdoor eating.
Ground Level Patio/Parking: area for seating and outdoor eating. Parking area will accommodate three cars. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water so you can wash off sand before going into the house. A charcoal grill is available for your use.

The property was well kept and clean upon arrival, We rented a Golf Car making the house a short distance from the beach. The house had all the basic kitchen utensils for cooking, adequate space and almost every room had a roku tv (minor but a big thing for us with kids) the beds were cozy enough. The host had very thorough communication and even sent us FAQ about the house. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Very clean and very comfortable. The owner communication was excellent. Would highly recommend. House helped make our August 2026 get away a success. The 2 balconies were very nice to sit on and relax.

This a beautiful beach house. All the colors from the outside furniture, coastal painted wall & complimenting decor gives you the calm relaxing beach feeling. The communication with owners is prompt. Ocean Lakes offers lots of activities. Our family had a wonder time at Ocan Lakes. ⁷

This is the second year we’ve stayed at this lovely beach home. Jeff is great at communicating and makes the entire rental process go smoothly. The place was clean. The bedrooms are nice and roomy. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Would stay here again.

Family of 5 annual Myrtle Beach trip

Jeff’s place was pretty amazing. Everything was just as pictured and as described. All the rooms were very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Loved that the master suite had its own balcony. We would definitely stay there again.

One of the best places in Ocean Lakes! Home is gorgeous, and has everything you could need. Perfect area. The owners thought of everything for this home! Also great communication and kindness from the owners. Def will be returning!!!

Perfect

Our family stayed here Easter weekend. The house had a perfect layout, it was very clean and just as described. We have visited Ocean Lakes many times and this is my favorite house we have stayed in. We loved the outside space. Jeff was easy to communicate with leading up to and during our stay. We look forward to staying here again.

Family vacation

My 3rd time staying at Ocean Lakes. This house suited us perfectly. Love that there’s a bathroom for each bedroom. Loved my room with access to 2nd floor porch. Was my breakfast/book reading spot everyday! !
