Well-maintained, newly renovated one-story home with spacious covered front porch 200 yards from the beach. Living area has cable TV/DVD/WIFI and kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer.First bedroom has two double beds-second bedroom has one double bed. Each bedroom has a T.V. Two bathrooms. Sleeps 6 people. No smoking & no pets please. Complimentary golf cart. Rental week is from Saturday to Saturday June, July, and the first of August. All other times there is a 3 night minimum unless there are only 2 nights available. Check-In time is 3:00p.m. Check-Out time is 10:00a.m. You must be 25 years old to rent and 21 to drive the golf cart! There is a $400 refundable security deposit if house if left UNDAMAGED and no violations! We have a cleaning lady that will clean the house for you after you depart. WE DO NOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25!!!! WE DO NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL GRADS OR COLLEGE STUDENTS!

Campground amenities include three Outdoor Pools, water part, one Indoor Pool, 18 Hole Putt Putt Golf, Tennis & Basketball, volleyball ,corn hole, horseshoes,playgrounds, Snack/Ice Cream Bar, Arcade, Laundromat, and a 10,000 square foot campground store.

Great Location

We love OL! This was our first Halloweekend and it was so fun. The only suggestion I have is to maybe leave a few types of cleaners available so that we can clean up after ourselves if needed.

Just Ok

Nice house for a short stay, I would not recommend for a longer stay due to lack of washer/Dryer/Dishwasher. Cleanliness got 3 stars due to the ice maker being moldy! And the refrigerator being dirty. There are cameras around the house which are being used regularly for surveillance and the host will send messages in the middle of the night about things they saw on camera. Camera on front porch (pointed to seating area) showed red light (I assume that’s when it was used) regularly, this made us very uncomfortable and ruined a good bit of our relaxation. Even if you’re not doing anything illegal, knowing that you’re watched (and maybe listened to) is not what I imagine for my sparse vacation time.

Cute cottage, excellent communication!

We had a wonderful time! Linda was excellent to work with! The cottage is small, but we were a family of 5 and fit just fine! The golf cart is excellent!

Life’s a beach

Great and quiet area in the park. Golf cart was great and it came with the rental. The house was a little dirty, floors around the beds and underneath them had not been swept or cleaned. The other issue was the bed in the small bedroom. It squeaks very loudly and is not soft at all. I slept on it one night and slept on the couch the rest of my week. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and hopefully we can do it again next year. Thanks for the rental.

Awesome Front Porch

Cute, clean cottage. Perfect size getaway for a couple. The deep front porch with the beautiful furniture was the highlight of the house for us. We spent every morning and every evening out there, and we spent an entire rainy day on the porch. The golf cart is great. It makes getting to the beach quick and getting around Ocean Lakes easy. The owner responds immediately to even the most minor inquiries and is very easy to work with.

Beach Getaway

This is a cute little house in an awesome beach resort! Linda, the owner is very attentive and available for all questions or issues. The house itself, is comfortable enough, nicely decorated, but is a bit run down, and needs some attention when it comes to cleanliness. We loved the use of the golf cart, and the location of the house, and the front porch was very nice for evening relaxing!

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

Enjoyed the quietness of the area. Enjoyed the golf cart that was included with the rental. Owner was easy to reach and answered any questions promptly.

Comfortable

This is a nice little home.....perfect for 3 or 4 people. Great location and very quiet area. We loved sitting on the front porch and eating our meals or watching people ride their golf carts. We very much enjoyed the use of the Golf Cart. Overall it was clean but could use a little more deep cleaning. We would stay again.

Great Stay

The property owner communicated well with us. She is also very kind. The house was rather small for seven people, but overall we had a great vacation!

Cute house but not ideal for more than 4 people

We enjoyed our stay here but we were a little cramped with two adults and two 12 year old boys. As a couple, my husband and I could not share one of the three full sized beds available, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. A week at a beach house, for our family, needed a washer/dryer as an amenity and this house did not provide this. No fault of the owner, I just should have triple checked. House could use a little updates and more upkeep from cleaning service but all in all our stay was good. Linda is really sweet and extremely accommodating. Would recommend this house to a couple or just a family of 3 though due to size.

We usually pull our camper to OL but since we just recently had a new baby, we chose to do a house. Linda was great to communicate with and the listing is everything this property is. I rated the cleanliness a 3 because the kitchen stove and hood above the stove had hair and old crumbs of food everywhere and the back bedroom had a old urine like smell. I do not fault the owner of the property for this is a cleaning personnel issue. The location of the house was okay the quite hours are NOT enforced. I made several calls to security for loud music/screaming and golf carts well into the early morning hours. OL enforces the rules greatly on the campground side but did not on this side of the property. Other than these 2 issues our stay was great and Linda was wonderful to rent from!

Great location for beach access

It was close to the beach and other family members' location. Golf car was a great addition and I loved the front porch.
