This is a nice and peaceful property. Loved sitting on the deck. Large picture windows with a beautiful view. Quality furnishings, very clean and comfortable condo. It had everything we needed for our stay. Host was very welcoming and communicative. We will definitely stay again!

The condo was tastefully furnished with comfortable living room furniture. and had a view of Lake Chelan. The location was convenient to shopping and we walked into town. Our arrival was very welcoming with a bottle of wine, and snacks awaiting us. We would stay here again!

We had such a great stay! The condo was just as advertised! Beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and we immediately felt at home. The condo also had all the basic necessities, which was so handy. The host even left us complimentary wine, chocolate, and popcorn, which the kids especially loved!The location was perfect for us, just a few minutes from everything we wanted to do. It made getting around really easy.Our kids loved the pool and hot tub, and we did too! It was the perfect way to end our days of exploring.The host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with from the start. She was friendly, thoughtful, and gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the area, which made our trip even better. The check in and check out process was very smooth.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely book this condo again the next time we’re in Chelan. :) Highly recommend!

Nothing short of amazing

This place was the perfect spot for our family. Not far from the town, great views, quiet location & everything you need for your stay is offered in the home! The “treehouse” is super clean, so beautifully decorated and very accommodating. We will definitely be back on our next visit to lake Chelan.

The unit is nice and clean. The problem is the noise transmission. Evidently, any walking around, even barefoot, will transmit noise to the neighbor below who was extremely aggressive and confrontational about the alleged noise transmission. He pounded on our door at 11 p.m. when we were preparing to go to bed demanding entry and threatening us about the noise. There were 4 of us staying there and all we did was watch tv that night. We went to dinner in town from 7 to 9:30. No marching around. No party. No loud talking. We had our shoes off. It was an unpleasant encounter that made us leave a day early.

When I was notified of the late-night encounter, I responded immediately, reviewed the available security footage, preserved it for law enforcement, and remained in communication with you. I also contacted the HOA to determine whether there were additional concerns related to the incident. Unfortunately, the confrontation occurred outside the condo and involved another individual, rather than an issue with the property itself. While I understand how unsettling the encounter was, I did everything within my ability as the host to respond promptly, investigate what occurred, and assist you. I’m disappointed that this unfortunate incident affected your experience and led you to leave early. Guest safety and comfort are extremely important to me, and I take every concern seriously.

Great condo, beautiful view, close to everything!

Our stay at the Tree House was fantastic! When we arrived we found a clean, welcoming, updated, and well stocked condo. We were surprised by the lovely welcome gift of wine and chocolate! We were located across the street from the Don Morse City Park, within walking distance from everything downtown! The view of the lake and mountains was spectacular and one of the many highlights. My husband and I spent our mornings sipping coffee on the deck and later we hit the private pool. We enjoyed a combination of staying in and going out. We found the condo to have everything we needed plus more. Many of our favorite wineries are within a short drive to Chelan or Manson and the owners made plenty of recommendations to keep us busy. It was just the two of us this time around, but in the future we wouldn’t hesitate to bring our children along. There was plenty of room to spread out. Thank you for such a relaxing getaway. We look forward to checking out the condo during the winter months as well!

Perfect location to enjoy the water and town within walking distance. Appreciated having the pool and hot tub as well when we wanted to stay closer to home. The condo had everything we needed plus some nice additions that took care of all of our needs.

My husband, Michael, and I are lifelong Washingtonians who love welcoming guests. We met at UW, married in 1995, and raised our three sons in the Lynnwood area. Though they’re grown, they’re still our best friends—we cherish family time with deep talks, karaoke nights, and travel.

Michael, a Finance Director, keeps the business running smoothly, while I focus on creating a cozy, inviting stay for guests. Most of the year, we’re in Washington, but we escape to our Arizona home in winter.

We share our days with two small dogs, Max and Maizy, who bring endless joy! I also find peace being by water—whether it’s a lake, river, or ocean, that’s where I feel most at home. I’m active in our community, working on committees to improve safety and resources.
