Beautiful large 1 BR factory apartment in an old industrial building home to the MOHAWK ANTIQUES MALL, one of the largest antique destinations in the Mohawk Valley.

This apartment has wonderful amenities including new appliances, a 70 inch TV in the living room, and a mixture of new and antique furnishings throughout.

The apartment is located in a large factory building with ample off street parking and an on site laundry facility with new washers and dryers.

Glimerglass week in Herkimer

Great week in Herkimer while attending performances at the Glimmerglass Opera Festival. Accommodations were great and convenient to everything. Host Peter was very helpful and friendly. Unit had everything we needed and was well kept and clean. We’ll definitely stay again.

Cooperstown Memories

We came to town to bring our Grandson to Cooperstown. This apartment was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, comfortable. The area was fun with plenty of conveniences of everything you need. People where kind and welcoming.

Great little home away from home!

I loved this little apartment. I stayed with my 2 year old while we visited my dad nearby. The apartment is actually better than the pictures! My dad was able to check in for us because we arrived quite late on our flights. All instructions and expectations are provided in a binder left for renters. There was plenty of space, nice tv's, warmly appointed bathroom, and beautiful kitchen ready for all your needs.

Peter’s apartment is exactly what I was looking for for my travel assignment. It’s cute and updated, new appliances, very clean and well furnished. Both he and the staff who are here on site have been welcoming and helpful whenever I have a question about the building or the area. Peter has checked in with me to make sure I have what I need here for my stay. It’s been a really great experience! The location is perfect for me, about 20 min from the hospital and a very easy drive. There’s a great running trail walking distance from the apartment, a convenient store right next door if I need any groceries or household items on short notice and cute restaurants/bars less than 5 min away. The laundry facility in the building is immaculate and I never have trouble getting access to do wash. I highly recommend Peter as a host!

Great Mohawk Valley location

Cute, clean apartment with everything you need for a short or long stay. My plan was to stay 5 nights but due to a death in the family, I ended up staying 2 weeks. Peter and Kathy were very understanding and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

A Hidden Gem

My husband and I wanted a convenient place to stay that was central to all his family for our short time in NY. We found this apartment on VRBO and it was perfect. The apartment was exactly like the pictures, very clean, new and very comfortable. We had a minor issue with the shower but the management fixed it immediately. We will definitely check the availability the next time we return.

Beautiful and quiet

The room is beautiful, clean and brand new! A full living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. I stayed here for a couple weeks and they have everything you need! They have cooking utensils and I fixed a few meals for work. The area is very quiet throughout the day and night. Walmart if 5 minutes away. I was working on a contract in Cooperstown which is 40 minutes south. My early morning drive was natureful and beautiful and at the end of my day, I couldn't wait to get back to get back here to relax. Peter was accommodating on short notice and got back to me right away, and I moved in on a Sunday. Peter made sure I was comfortable and encourage me to call, email or visit the mall. This is truly a great place to stay! :o)

They have developed a love for antiques and they spend many weekends at the Mall socializing with many of their friends and colleagues.
