Apartment with free off-street parking! Comfortable country-style basement apartment nestled on a quite road in Richfield Springs, NY. Where you can take a quite walk with your family and pets, or maybe bike ride without traffic.(In the winter, snowshoe, snowmobile or sled down hill.)The deck provides a relaxing retreat, to read a book, view your laptop or just grilling for the evening. Owners live upstairs. Minutes away from the local attractions including farmers' market, lakes and beaches, as well as restaurants. Just 15 minutes from historic Cooperstown, the Home of Baseball. There you will find several museums, wineries, cider mills, shops and opera entertainment. Fall provides pumpkins, hayrides and apples. Winter snowmobiling, snowshoeing and sledding.

Absolutely immaculate top-notch accommodations -- we stayed for the weekend to attend a wedding and couldn't have been more pleased. The apartment is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything you may need. Jean was immediately responsive and helpful. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Unit sits on a beautiful, peaceful property with a covered deck to sit at and take in the sounds of nature. The unit was spotless and very comfortable. The interior decor is charming. Kitchen has a large island and modern appliances. Everything you need. We were very impressed and pleased with our stay. Host was responsive and friendly.

This place is located in a quiet area, very little traffic. The place was very clean and nicely kept. Special instructions were posted (internet, recycling, and other important info). The deck was nice and relaxing to sit on.All in all we had a very nice stay and highly recommend it to anyone.

Convenient location and easy communication with the owner. Parking is easy. Wifi strong. The unit was a challenge to heat using the electric fire and a space heater. There are plenty of blankets provided.The kitchen could use a few more basics - such as sugar for coffee. overall, very good!

We had a lovely stay here! This was our second time staying, as we’d had such a good experience here previously. It’s a beautiful quiet spot, close to cooperstown. It was very clean and comfortable, and super easy to check in.

Great place to stay!

My family loved this place. It had everything we needed, was clean, and relaxing. my kids loved being at the house just as much at being at Cooperstown. I highly recommend staying here!

Stay was wonderful as always!

We stayed the weekend to attend a family picnic and it was wonderful. The place was just as listed and convenient to all the places we had to go. We look forward to staying again!
