Really communicative, loved the rooftop. We had our dive company pick us up from the dock at the restaurant next door, which was great. We were comfortable and enjoyed our time here! Just rent a car if you don't want to pay taxi costs each time you want to go to town!

It was clean, spacious, well furnished. Rooftop patio space is very nice! Snorkeling at the private beach was great. Diana, the manager was very helpful with every question or need. Great stay!

Great condo, with a lovely view! Exceptionally clean, well stocked, and cozy. It was nice having a beach bar next door to run over for a quick cocktail before sunset - thankfully they close early so the property is really quiet at night. It's one of those places that make you want to plan your next Cozumel visit right away.

We love this location and especially this unit. We had a baby with us so we used the private rooftop balcony while he was napping! Great kitchen as well, which is super helpful. Host wasvery responsive and helpful. Diana, who helped us with things during our stay was also very responsive and helpful! We love the snorkling st the place. Quick drive to the marina for scuba diving and we like being out of town so that it never really seems that bisy!

Great stay

We truly enjoyed our time here. The location is prime, the appartement is large and well thought with many conveniences, and the upstairs palapa a true treat. We’re hoping to come back again soon!

Nicely decorated, well supplied with amenities, comfy bedding, enjoyable breezes and snorkeling, helpful property manager.

Incredible View/Stay

We couldn't be happier with our stay here. The terrace is a great place to hang out and enjoy the incredible views. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay in a beautiful location!

We had a wonderful stay here as a family. The location was perfect for us away from the city center. Being right on the beach with such a beautiful view and extra open space up above the unit was a major plus! We can’t say enough good about the communication with the owners in advance and will definitely be back.

Excellent Beach Front Property

Private beach, rooftop viewing, and a responsive condo manager make this an excellent place to stay on Cozumel. If you have the chance to hire Fernando as a private chef definitely do it.
