Absolutely beautiful place. A little hard to get there, but totally worth it. Secluded, but close enough to restaurant and resorts. View is UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

We stayed here on the 3rd floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms this July 2026. Beautiful views! The top floor palapa was nice for sunsets and margaritas. Another family was up there in the palapa and we thought it was our private area. Just for others to know it’s shared. Their VRBO photos need to be updated because we noticed the condo now has a new L shaped sofa in the living room and the palapa roof top has been expanded and renovated since the pictures were last posted. The one tv is huge with a sound bar. Place is very safe and cozy clean! Love the pool and turquoise water -snorkel beach. There’s a walkable ramp then sit down and snorkel and swim around all the fish ! Yes they have fins and snorkel gear. They have a couple of coolers too. You’ll need ice packs for going on a drive-picnic or down by the beach. East side and Passion Islsnd currently has sargassum. Mr. Sanchos beach club was beautiful! Get reservations. Close to dining. We enjoyed cooking BBQ on their front door patio BBQ. So enjoy your day and night at this relaxing condo! I miss it already! Nice sunset and water views!

We just finished our 3rd trip to Paradise Condos and we love them, so we keep coming back. Out of the city, but not too far to head in for dinner each night. The beach clubs on either side are only open during the day for the cruise ships. That makes for 2 easy lunch options and quiet evenings. We usually hit the grocery stores to stock up on fruit and pastries for breakfast. The beach is rocky, bring water shoes for the rocks and the urchins. You don't see much snorkeling during the day due to the activity nearby but the night snorkeling is great. Bring a flashlight! We saw yellow and Atlantic stingrays, burrfish, porcupine fish, spotted moray eels, nurse sharks, squid, octopus, lobsters, crabs, etc. For snorkeling during the day, we recommend driving south past SkyReef and parking in the dirt. The property manager, Damien, is very helpful and responsive!

Hippy Bob's Penthouse was an awesome place to call home for a week. However, pack lightly because getting a heavy suitcase up 3 flights is hard.

Wonderful stay

The condo was in great condition. It had everything we needed-- in the kitchen, in the bathroom, washer & dryer, living area.The location is perfect. The beach was perfect for snorkeling, the pool was right there for relaxing, and there were bars and light restaurants within walking distance.Overall the check-in process was smooth, and everything was easy, just as a vacation should be!

Amazing Stay in Cozumel

This condo is amazing!Steps to the pool, steps to the beach, steps to unbelievable snorkeling, more beach clubs than you need, and a really laid back, fun, condo with all the amenities (including snorkeling gear!). I can't stop raving about this condo to all my friends and hope to be back one day!

This place was amazing. I travel with my mom and my teens kids and it was perfect. Enough room for everyone to get some alone time and cozy enough to share family time. The condo was clean and had everything you need if you want to just stay in. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for hosting us. Cozumel Great!

The “penthouse” was everything they said and more. Condo well stocked, private beach was beautiful and good snorkeling. Tortugas beach bar next door was really good for lunch. We would recommend and return!

Great location, sweet view

Great location. Did Ironman Cozumel, this condo was a five minute walk to Chankanaab where the bike transition area was located. Awesome view of the ocean. Great beach and swim area.

Perfect Perch

We really enjoyed our stay in this 3rd story condo. It had everything we needed and it was located by a great little snorkeling spot. There were some restaurants nearby and we were able to get groceries and cook some meals as well. The highlight of this condo are the views from the living area and the beautiful rooftop terrace.

Great condo and location

The condo was very comfortable with lovely views and had everything we needed. The location was also perfect for us and our scuba company picked us up right next door. Damian was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Amazing Property

The property is spacious and clean. Amenities included reliable wifi and ac which made the stay comfortable. The buildings are structured in a way that you have an amazing view of the ocean regardless of which unit is booked. The private beach and pool were top tier. If snorkeling is what excites you, there's plenty to see right there on the property. Proximity to beach clubs make it easy to socialize and book other excursions. It's so very convenient and beautiful. We recommend this to everyone wanting a peaceful stay, activities, and unmatched views.
