This was the perfect place for our wedding at The Pinery. Everything was clearly labeled and very easy and convenient. Excellent hosts and stay.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the foosball table in the basement. Communication with the host was excellent.

Unique, clean, and perfectly located!We really enjoyed our stay at Downtown Lightning Lab. The property was exceptionally clean and had such a unique layout and character. We especially enjoyed the foosball table.The location was fantastic—only about a four-minute drive from downtown Colorado Springs and close to so many other attractions throughout Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. We stayed here while attending the Fallen Firefighter Memorial, and it was a very convenient home base for everything we wanted to do.The host was also excellent and very quick to respond whenever we had a question. They were helpful in suggesting things to see and do in the area, which we really appreciated.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Downtown Lightning Lab to anyone visiting Colorado Springs

Lovely remodeled house in a fun, funky, well situated neighborhood. We spent (2 couples) one night before flying out the next day and it worked out perfectly. Loved playing fussball!

This is our third stay at the Tesla House. Each time, the home has been inviting, and the hosts very responsive to any needs that may occur.Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but within a few blocks of downtown, the location is great for visiting different areas around the Springs.Garden of the Gods, Manitou, Old Colorado City, and Pike's Peak are just few of the draws near the home.If you feel like cooking, the kitchen is very well appointed.And as two couples visiting, the layout was nice. The one bed and bath upstairs with the other bed and bath downstairs allowed for some privacy when desired.

What a great house! My family had a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable and perfectly clean! There was not a single spot missed! The kitchen was great to work in and open to the upstairs family room so I wasn’t alone while I prepared meals! The kitchen table is great for games. The bathrooms were large and easy to use. Laundry was convenient. The house had everything we needed! We will return!

The property was perfect for our family and exactly as pictured! The location is in a quiet neighborhood and close to many area attractions. The house was very well stocked with anything we needed. Our kids really enjoyed the basement area. We would definitely stay again!

This house was great for my family of 4. It was clean and had everything we needed to make a few meals and some extras that were super nice! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Great communication from the host.

The house was pristine and well appointed. Location was great for us going to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and heading to the Royal Gorge. We loved the them and the incredible art work on the ceiling- you have to see it to appreciate it! The host was terrific and the communication was superb. Highly recommended.

We loved this stay. It had loads of amenities and when we had a light bulb burn out the host was quick to get someone out with a ladder to replace it. I would definitely stay in this location again!

VRBO and this host are the worst. Plus you can hear everything from outside on the top floor. Location is great, place is good. Would not recommend though. I would pick another place in the area.

This was the cleanest, most comfortable rental I've ever booked. The hosts were accommodating and kind and the location was fantastic. Nothing in the home felt like a cheap, flip house and all the amenities were really appreciated. I'll happily book this home again.

The views from the neighborhood and the surrounding area are amazing. Plenty to do in the outdoors if you are interested. The USAFA and other attractions are 15 minutes or less from this cozy home. We lived our stay at this house and look forward to staying here again when we return. The host communicates graciously and constantly was available for any reason. Pleasure all the way around. Great stay!
