Our spacious craftsman has a large lot with a long driveway and street parking. The home is newly remodeled with a beautiful open concept living room and kitchen. Two bedrooms with queen beds are upstairs while the basement holds the laundry area, a large family room and the main bedroom with two twin beds.

What a great house in a quiet neighborhood in the coolest part of Colorado Springs. Thank you Jami and Jimmy for a very comfortable stay. The house had all we needed and more. I hope to stay again in the future. I’m a mom of three adult kids and we were able to spread out and be comfortable. Thanks again!

Wonderful!

I don't think the photos do this house justice! It was beautiful, there was plenty of room for us, and the location is incredible! It's right off the highway so a short drive to downtown or a short jaunt to Manitou Springs/Garden of the Gods. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!

Spring Break

Excellent house and location for a college spring break group. Kitchen had all of the amenities needed to cook and serve meals and we had a good cookout on the back deck.

Perfect stay in Colorado Springs

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Colorado Springs. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and stocked their house with so many extras that made the stay wonderful! I highly recommend, you will love it here!

Excellent Home and Host

Host was very welcoming and helpful. We’ve stayed in a lot of homes over the years, but this one was by far the best stocked with various amenities that made our stay very comfortable.

Great home!

This was more spacious than expected and the downstairs was a perfect space for our teen to stay. It was everything we expected and more. Quiet area, close to lots of activities.

Terrific house!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Old Colorado City! What a beautiful house with room enough for our family of 6! The house was extremely clean and beautiful inside. The neighborhood is so close to lots of hikes and stores. We would recommend this property!!

Cozy cute home

Charming!

This is the cutest most charming home! What a lovely comfortable rental property. It had everything we needed. Great communication from the owners. My teenage boys loved having the basement and twin beds! The neighborhood is adorable and quiet with easy access to so many other areas. Highly recommend!

By far the greatest BnB we've ever rented. The owners were super attentive to what we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fun and comfortable. Best vacation rental!

This property was everything we could have hoped for! It was centrally located, within 5-15 minutes of almost everything we wanted to do in Colorado Springs, but still in a nice, safe, walkable neighborhood. It’s obvious that a lot of thought went into the planning of this house. The furniture was comfortable, the house was spotless, and there was more than enough room for our family of four to spread out. The host was responsive and super friendly. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. This was by far the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in.

Impressive

We were so impressed with this home and Jami. The home was styled lovely, very clean, and Jami really has a gift for hospitality. She had thought of many details and helpful additions that we greatly appreciated, from information and recommendations for sights in the area to pantry and bath items we forgot. This home was perfect for our large family that has a wide age range of children. Check in/out was easy peasy and Jami was a great communicator. We would love to stay there again sometime and definitely recommend her home to others!

Charming Cucharras Christmas

What a wonderful place for us to spend our first Christmas in the Springs since our sons moved there. From the moment we opened the front door into the cozy holiday vibe with a Christmas tree, soft holiday themed throws and quilts on the beds, to the festive table cloth and an impressive picture of Santa Claus in the corner looking over our festivities, it was in a word Magical. We had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was there and then some. We even received a handmade ornament from Jami with our family name and Christmas 2024! Would recommend this home for any time of year but this was special! We will be back again as soon as we can. If you're planning a trip and want to be close to Old Colorado City and Downtown in a quaint neighborhood, with a wonderful home for a family or friends, this is it!!!

I am a bartender at a well known local sports bar here in Colorado Springs. My spouse travels all over the country for work and our son and I hold down the fort while he's gone. We have 3 children and love hiking, hot springs, our town and surrounding area. I am a native of Colorado Springs so I am always available to answer any questions about the area or recommend good, food, fun and local history.
