Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Access and entry instructions were clear. Had no issues locating parking or the property. The loft was clean and tidy. Beautiful sunset views over looking the harbor. 5/5 would stay again.

shortcomings

Property is very nice in a great neighborhood. Unfortunately, nobody is taking care of it. We arrived on a cold rainy night to find no heat, no garbage disposal, a backed-up toilet, and heavy dust on the cabinets. The only response from management--don't use the garbage disposal. We spent the next day at home depot buying a space heater and a toilet plunger. We used most of the only roll of paper towels in the unit cleaning dust. On initial check-in, we were given instructions to enter the parking garage across the street. We found later that the correct parking garage was actually next door, on the same side of the street. First clue that management had never really seen the property. We never give negative reviews, so we can only balance things by saying the unit is really cute with a great view of the bay. Too bad nobody is in charge.

Hi there first we want to apologize on behalf of our team for not being there for you, we are very dedicated to our guests and have made the changes in staff to avoid this situation to be repeated. I'm surprised about the state of the unit that is described in the review since we have a cleaning crew in there before every guest arrives and they upload pictures of every part of the house cleaned before leaving the unit, but still we're passing the message to them about the dust on the cabinets and to make sure there is a plunger in every unit. About the temperature in the unit, the AC has the heater mode that why there's no need to buy a heater. We take our guest recommendations seriously and make sure we don't make those mistakes again. We hope you had a good stay overall.

Problems in the Loft

This is a loft property facing direct sun. Unfortunately the AC system was barely working the first night and not at all the second night. It was over 100 degrees in the sleeping area and the property manager kept having us try different things over the phone for almost 4 hours rather than get someone over right away to fix the situation. Their solution was to bring over a 12 inch desk fan that just blew the air in the room without any cooling. To top things off, they then charged us to cover the repair of a window that was off its track. It was off the track when we arrived and apparently was done by a previous guest who also had a temperature problem. We use VRBO frequently and this was the worst experience ever.

Little Italy Loft

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. The location was great and the loft was very comfortable. The view was anazing!

Great location!

Terrific place to stay! Beautiful view and location. We would definitely stay again. WiFi was off and on but wasn’t a true problem.
