Newly renovated 3/2.5 home overlooking Mission Bay. Located in a quiet neighborhood central to all the attractions San Diego offers. The one story open floorplan is perfect for friends and families whishing to spend quality time together.

The newly remodeled stadium kitchen is a true chef's delight with state of the art ovens offering steam, convection and pizza options. A 6 burner Thermador gas cooktop with true simmer. Kitchen also has a well stocked condiments and spices. On the opposite end of the open great room is a full size wet bar to inspire any mixologist.

Retractable glass door spans almost entirely across the rear of the home spilling out to the covered patio and huge deck. Endless opportunities to enjoy the bay views, Sea World fireworks (seasonal) and hilltop breezes can be had from every common area as well as the master bedroom.

Host is long time San Diego resident the lives in the house part of the year and is willing to offer tips and suggestions to help you experience the best of 'Americas Finest City'.

Ten percent discount for military and first responders. Ten percent discount for stays greater than 2 weeks.

This place was amazing. Very roomy, beautiful views and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of street parking. We rent places in SD multiple times a year and this has been our favorite. This will ne our first choice every time.

This was a great property, in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The home was clean an comfortable with an amazing deck and great view of Mission bay. I would definitely stay there again.

What an AMAZING property! One of the top 5 I've stayed in. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The house was immaculate, nicely furnished, and quite comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, and the linens were a nice quality. There was a thoughtful selection of pantry items which is a rare surprise. The host, Ron, was extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. The night views from the back patio were lovely, and the accordion windows that opened across the back of the home made it even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would absolutely recommend this home for a San Diego vacation!

This was awesome for our family vacation. Great location with nothing we did more than 20 minutes away. Very clean house and stocked with anything you could need. Ron was responsive for any questions we had.

A bright, clean, comfortable home with a beautiful view, easy access to the area, easy parking and a few “bells and whistles” to keep your techie happy. Our host responded quickly to questions and provided plenty of information at the site to make things easy.

The home is beautiful, very clean, provided everything we needed even coffee filters! Pretty view of San Diego. After doing typical tourist things we looked forward to returning to the home, opening the floor to ceiling sliding doors, sitting on the deck with our wine and enjoying the view.

Great place in a central location. We were close to everything and the place was perfect. The house has everything you need for a great stay including a fully stocked kitchen and useful bar area. You can't beat the view and the ability to open the house to the deck. Host was very responsive to all questions. All good!

Beautiful place to stay. Great view and good location. This is a great place to go if you want to sit back and relax. My family and friends enjoyed the stay as well. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t mind staying here again. The host is also very friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely home and well furnished with everything you would need to be comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed the large patio area that completely opens up off the living/kitchen area. And a view! Our bed was extremely comfortable. The owner, Ron, was very accommodating and responsive. We had no issues, only a few questions. I highly recommend.

This is an absolutely lovely home with an amazing view. It is very close to downtown attractions, restaurants, and any store you could need. The kitchen is well stocked with a great assortment of pots and pans, utensils, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, etc. - everything needed to make a meal so you can eat in and enjoy the sunset!

Newly remolded home in a very quiet neighborhood that is still close to everything San Diego has to offer. Twenty minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the beaches of Mission Bay, 15 minutes to Sea World (you can actually see it from the house) and 5 minutes to the restaurant/bar area of Pacific Beach. Large spacious deck with amazing views.
