This property has everything you need!

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We've been to Anna Maria Island before but always with our kids. To be able to get up and walk across the road to swim or to take our early morning walks was priceless. The view from the master bedroom balcony was superb for evening sunsets, giving us the choice of sitting on the beach or relaxing on the balcony to take it all in. Management responded quickly when we had a couple of questions which we appreciated. This property has everything you need and we were thankful for the covered parking.

Customer service is top notch!

Our stay with Seabreeze Vacations was a wonderful experience. Customer service is top notch. The condo at Sunset Landing was extremely clean and the location was perfect. The unit had all the essentials including beach gear. We do plan to visit the island again and will most definitely book with Seabreeze Vacations.

Great Service!

The location was terrific, with easy access to the beach and free trolley service into town. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend. We were pleasantly surprised to find an outdoor closest with beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and wagon!

Amazing . Perfect location. Beach was the best beach I’ve ever been too. Walkable to restaurants and shops. I’d go back.

This was a wonderful beach condo. It was clean and very comfortable. The host was in contact with me prior to check in so I had all the info I needed and then checked in with me after I got there to make sure I didnt require anything more for my stay. This is a 5 star property all the way.

Fantastic Place To Stay!

While the hurricanes did cause a lot of damage, the island is coming together to rebuild, and nature itself is healing. Businesses are reopening and the beaches are still as beautiful as ever. Contact SeaBreeze Vacation when you want to revisit AMI - we look forward to seeing you again!

Seabreeze was amazing!

Seabreeze was amazing! The staff were extremely friendly and professional, the property was very clean, and they were super responsive and quick to address a few minor issues we had. The accommodations they had were really nice as well! I would recommend them to anyone! 10/10 Stars for us!

Beautiful space, pictures accurately showed property . Loved that we could walk across the street for the beach and everything we would need was there at the property! Easy walk to Bridge st ! Beach was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again !

Great location. Views were beautiful. The communication with the rental company was great. Very updated remodel.Living room furniture is worn out and needs replacing. It was out only complaint. There were a couple of maintenance issues that were taken care of quickly.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay. Walk out our door, grab the beach chairs, a short walk across the street and you are at the beach! We walked to restaurants and shops. Excellent!

This was so perfect for our family. The condo paid attention to the little details that made everything just right. The view was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again

Fantastic Condo

Unbelievably beautiful ocean view and fantastic condo. Loved all the beach accessories. We even got to swim with the manatees, they swam right up to us on the beach!

Excellent Vacation

Another excellent vacation in Sunset Landings Unit 4. The location can't be beat, and the unit is equipped with everything you need, both inside and out. Recently updated throughout and we had no issues throughout our 2 month stay, which is what you always hope for.
