Nice place., nice people, great location. Only drawback is the stairs to the top two floors are steep and very small and there is no elevator to bring up and your bags, food, etc.

Loved that everything you needed was there! Chairs, umbrella, tent, toys, wagons, towels etc. We brought some of our own but if we return, we definitely will just use what's provided. Very easy walk to the beach or the bay! Can see the ocean from the balconies. There are lots of stairs bcs its 3 levels, but not terrible. Definitely enjoyed the stay, great location!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Fred’s property. The location is amazing with the beach right across the street and shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. There were lots of games and toys for our little ones (1 and 4) to play with inside, and plenty of beach toys available for use. Fred provided a pack n play and ordered a high chair for our son to use. The kids also had a great time in the pool. Hope to be back again!

Great place all around! Was clean and in good shape. The garage was really nice to have and was stocked extremely well with wagons, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. The kitchen was also stocked well and both the beach and bathroom towels were plentiful and high quality. Some of the easiest access to the beach you can find on the island! And the pier on the bay side was nice and was decent fishing. The community pool was a little small but wasn’t busy. We would definitely book again! The only thing that’s important to note is it wouldn’t be a great place for older people or people with mobility issues because there are a lot of stairs and they are steep and narrow.

Beach access was incredible. Deck on the bay was great for watching the sunrise and just as beautiful a view at night. Home was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect Location

Loved our stay, host and local management very helpful/responsive. Wonderful location, great accommodations, beach just across the street. My sisters and Mom thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again in a heartbeat!

The property location to the beach was excellent. There are great views of the beach and the bay. The place was very clean. There were plenty of items available for a great day at the beach which included chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and floats. The kitchen is well stocked with all items needed for cooking a great family meal. The pool was a nice break from the beach and the neighbors were all kind and friendly. This place is highly recommended.

After exploring every part of the island, Bradenton Beach quickly became the place that felt like “home.” We love that it has the perfect balance of laid-back island charm and walkable convenience. You can start the morning with a quiet beach walk, grab coffee nearby, spend the afternoon in the sun, and end the day with a sunset that truly never gets old.

We stayed in this same Bermuda Bay Club community—actually in this same unit—before becoming owners, and we instantly knew how special the location was. We love that the Gulf is only steps away, and that everything you need is close by. You can park the car and forget about it for your entire stay. Restaurants, live music, local shops, ice cream, and beach bars are all within walking distance, and the free island trolley makes it easy to explore without ever driving.

Bradenton Beach has a friendly, welcoming energy that makes it easy to relax and slow down. The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, yet still full of character. We love the natural beauty here—sugar-sand beaches, turquoise water, dolphins in the distance, and sunsets that stop you in your tracks. Bermuda Bay Club itself is a quiet, private community, so you get all the benefits of being close to everything while still having a calm place to unwind.
