My rental unit in the heart of Edgemont Village is a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

This is a private basement suite located on the bottom floor of a house. The rental unit is completely separate and self-contained, giving guests privacy and independence during their stay.

Please note that the upstairs portion of the house is not included in the rental. Guests will have exclusive access to the basement suite only.

Brand-New and Well-Equipped: The unit is brand-new, providing a fresh and modern living environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances including a full-size fridge, range, oven, microwave, and toaster. The convenience of a full-size washer and dryer is also available in the unit.

Media Room and Wet Bar: A standout feature of the rental unit is the media room, complete with a projector and a 120" screen. This creates a cinematic experience for watching movies or shows. The full-service wet bar, along with the Sub Zero wine fridge, offers a perfect space to relax and unwind.

Comfortable Accommodation: The three bedrooms in the unit can comfortably accommodate six people. The master bedroom features a queen bed, while the living room offers a 65-inch television for entertainment. The media room also has a queen bed and a 120" cinema screen with access to popular streaming services. The third bedroom also provides a queen bed.

Lots of amenities in the area, nice quiet neighbourhood close to shops, cafes and restaurants including grocery store. Accommodations were comfortable and clean, great place to stay for larger families.

We were blown away with how clean, luxurious, and convenient this place was. We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation. The beds were super comfy, air control was perfect, and water pressure/shower was glorious! Our family could spread out and have plenty of room to retreat into our own spaces. We felt at home immediately. Thank you Max and family for allowing us into your home. What a treat!

We traveled from out of country in 2 groups without a rental vehicle and this was the perfect walkable location to the neighborhood grocery store, restaurants & shops. The rental was spacious, clean & well maintained. Communication with our host was quickly responded too. We would definitely stay here on a return trip. Thank you Max!

Awesome Place

This was an awesome place to stay in North Vancouver. It's close to Capilano Suspension Bridge and a very cute town where the stores are walking distance. The place is very clean and big enough for our family of 8. Definitely recommend for your next family vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at our Vrbo! So centrally located and spacious. It had everything we needed with the added touch of a huge theatre like room, that the young adults loved and a separate living space for the older adults. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Our only negative was that we couldn't stay longer! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and great stay!!

This place was exactly as listed with some great "extra touches" very roomy. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. It was walking distance to the small town of Edgemont Village. Our tripwas very enjoyable

Great place, perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay! Max was a great host and the place was very clean with a lot of nice amenities. We loved how close we were to Capilano and Grouse Mt, and we would walk into the village every morning for coffee and pastries. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great location on the north shore

Roomy house, walking distance to cute village, with easy access to bus transportation downtown. Quiet safe neighborhood, with great walks and parks nearby. We were a family of 6, and it was perfect.
