Great location, lovely home

Spacious basement suite with everything you may need. The hosts really took care to welcome us and make sure we were comfortable. Lovely clean space, situated in the perfect place to get around town. Check-in was easy, and their instructions clear. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great stay, close to outdoor activities

The property is the very nicely finished basement of the owners house. Street parking in a quiet neighborhood close to Grouse Mnt and Capilano Park. The space is super clean and the hosts have left a nice amount of things for your use during the stay. The kitchen supplies are pretty good and I appreciated having a washer and dryer available. Bed was decent and hosts are very communicative.

Great stay!

Tammy, we had a fantastic stay! Your place was exactly like the pictures on the website and It was immaculate - your cleaners are amazing! My husband and I came from Ontario with our good friends and it worked well for two couples with the bedrooms on opposite ends of the unit. The only thing I’d change is to have more seating in the living room. We all would highly recommend your place to anyone staying in Vancouver. The location was beautiful and so close to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain. If we ever come to Vancouver again we will be know where we will be staying! Thank you!

Attended Wedding close by

We stayed in this home 3 nights while attending a wedding in the area. It is situated in a Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. The house is lovely with well kept grounds and outdoor sitting area. The unit itself is a 2 bedroom, basement suite easily accessed by a secure rear door. The unit is very clean and has a well equipped with a galley kitchen. There are new appliances including a fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, a gas fireplace and a TV with lots of programming. Local Information, games and some books are provided. There are two comfortable double beds and a good pullout couch. It has two, three piece bathrooms. The ensuite has a tub and shower and the other BR has a walk-in shower. Plenty of towels, etc. The host left us some ground coffee for the coffee maker, which we appreciated. We enjoyed our stay there and we don't hesitate to recommend this rental unit.

Vancouver Hideaway

We enjoyed our three night stay at this home apt. Although it is considered a basement apt there are only a few stairs to get down to the door. We did not cook there but it looks like the kitchen was well equipped, including coffee for the coffee maker. The beds are on the firm side but we actually prefer that over a soft bed. The only recommendation to the owners that I would make is adding a dusk to dawn light on the post as you go downstairs to the entry door. We were out touring all day and did not get home until 10 pm and had to use our phone flashlight for light. The neighborhood is beautiful and near the suspension bridge and 15 min from Stanley Park. Driving to and from Vancouver took 25-40 min depending on traffic. Great value for a safe, comfortable place to stay in North Vancouver.

Grouse accommodation

We rented this accommodation for my daughter and her family. They were all very pleased with both the rental unit and the location -- perfect for their Vancouver visit! We especially appreciated how very responsive the host was to all of our communications. No hesitation in recommending it!

Great Location & Property

This location was perfect for our visit to Vancouver! The property was just as described, and all amenities were included. We found a wonderful coffee shop close by as well as other shops. We would definitely stay again!

Clean rental in a prime location!

Great rental w/ 2 bedrooms and 2 baths - very clean and well maintained. In an absolute prime location for Grouse Mountain and other attractions to the area - would highly recommend.

Beautiful place close to suspension bridge

Neighborhood was safe and beautiful unit was clean. I felt the unit was pretty well stocked, but just a few more things such as measuring cups and a few more pots and pans would be nice.

Better than any hotel !

Firstly, the location was perfect. Close to Capilano Suspension Bridge, Grouse Mountain amenities and a short drive to Vancouver over the Lion's Gate Bridge. What we loved were the small detailed touches that make a stay memorable. Of course, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need (coffee, tea etc). The property is located on a cul-de-sac and the downstairs apartment was accessed on the left by a sloped walkway. Just watch your step if it's been rainy. We loved our stay and it was a great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We'll definitely book this place again the next time we visit.

Great place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were coming off a cruise from Alaska and wanted a home base to explore Vancouver for a few days. The location was great for us - away from the crowds downtown and close to the mountains. Enjoyed Whistler, Grouse Mountain, and the nearby trails. The unit was clean and everything we expected. Thank you!

Nice property in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Overall it was wonderful. One of the beds was softer than I prefer. But everything thing else was great.

The Perfect Stay!

My friend and I absolutely loved staying at this "home away from home." It was very clean, had everything we needed, the location was great -- it even had a bus stop into Vancouver right across the street! We didn't need to strip the beds or bring out the garbage/recycle -- our departure was as convenient as our arrival and stay. And it was within walking distance of Grouse Mountain park/trails. Would recommend it to anyone traveling to Vancouver/North Vancouver -- perfect stay!

Great location near Capilano And Grouse Mountain

My family took a quick trip to Vancouver. This was a great place to stay. Both bedrooms had queensize beds and the couch was a sofabed. There isn't a lot of seating in the living room, but we went out for all our meals. There are so many good restaurants in North Vancouver. Bathtub and dual showerheads in both bathrooms. Easy checkin. Prompt replies to messages from owners. I would return.

Great Place!

This is a very nice place in North Vancouver, conveniently located to many tourist spots and to downtown Vancouver (15 minute drive). The house is nicely maintained in a great neighborhood. My family of 5 (me, wife, three female college aged children) had plenty of room, and two bathrooms were wonderful. The rooms are plenty large and everything was so clean! Communication with the owner was easy with quick responses. If we're back in Vancouver, we'd love to stay there again!

Fabulous

This is an amazing property that has everything you need and more. Two couples had plenty of space to enjoy and have our own space. It was spotless. The beds are comfortable. The whole check-in and communication was simple and prompt. The unit is in a beautiful and convenient location with a mountain view plus a palm tree! Highly recommend. Would be my top place to stay in the Vancouver area.
