Excellent location. Condo patio and view of golf course perfect for morning coffee. Mountains surround Palm Desert and the night sky and stars are beautiful. Condo was well appointed and the development very quiet. Very short drive into town for groceries and to Palm Springs for nice restaurants and ride on the tram. Owner was available for questions, which we appreciated very much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas break stay. The condo was just as stated. We spent a lot of our time watching the golfers tee off form the back patio. Mornings were spent on the front patio in the sunshine. The neighborhood was perfect for walking. Plenty of pools to enjoy. Can't wait to go back.

Family Vacation

Great place for a family of 4 with 2 young kids. Close to the Zoo and shops of palm desert. Property was located very close to the pool and had a great back patio on the 11th hole tee box. Great for morning coffee or after dinner drinks.The property owner was great and very helpful.

This unit is very, very comfortable. The host is responsive. The furniture is great to lounge around in, the kitchen is well stocked, and the mattresses are very comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely and great for walking. Be aware that the unit is on the golf course and mowing/green maintenance starts at 5AM on weekdays. The front bedroom is noisy.

Excellent accommodations.

Great location. We had everything we needed. The condo was very well equipped. Nothing was missing. Tim promptly answered our calls. We had a problem with television controls, we called Tim , he always answers promptly. He gave us instructions by phone and everything worked well. We enjoyed very much the grapefruits fresh from the tree next door. Unfortunately no such a thing after returning home. Luis Wainstein

great location

Tim was the most responsive owner i have worked with and his interest in having you enjoy the stay was off the charts. the only appointment was the lack of morning sun. Tim said he was thinking about extending the patio which would be great.

Palm Desert Paradise

This is the cleanest and most well equipped short term rental we've ever stayed in, period. Tidiness rivals a Ritz Carlton. The condo is outfitted with high end appliances and all the conveniences you need for a relaxing stay. Tim is also incredibly organized and responsive. Looking forward to staying here again.

Peacefully perfect

This property was perfect for us to cook at home, relax on patio or living room. Great mountain and golf views from patio. Very quiet and private. Property is exactly like the posting shows and manager was very fast with responses. We would book this again

Had a nice stay, the home is very well equipped. In a nice area. Swimming pool very close to the property. Tim was a great host and very accommodating.

What a wonderful experience

Whenever we needed the help of the owner, he was there for us. The view was great and the neighbors were very friendly. There was enough supplies to get Us thru the first few days until we settled in. Everyone was very helpful. Would definitely go back!

Extraordinary Owner

The property is as advertised. Beautiful views overlooking the valley. House was extremely clean and the printed instructions were very helpful. But the owner was what made the stay. More than accommodating, very understanding and communicated throughout the stay to help us if needed. If you are in the area I would highly recommend this location.

Great vacation spot

Owner met us ahead of time and gave us the us the run down on the details of the house. He couldn’t have been nicer and wanted us to enjoy our time. Great location within Ironwood. Had everything we needed and we will definitely go back.
