Great house clean queen beds were goodquiet neighborhood. It was in the high 90’s when we were there and it was great to get back there and relax and have it nice and cool!

Pleasant and comfortable place

Me and my family enjoy this place so much that we have already stayed here three times. This place is close to great food places and good shopping venues. We look forward to coming back next year.

Great place to stay for the weekend

Close to good restaurants. Plenty of space and clean comfy beds. The ping pong table was a huge hit!

Awesome place!

This was a great place to stay! Clean, safe, cozy. My 2 teens and I enjoyed it and wished we could stay longer! We were in town for the annual Leadership Training for Christ Convention.

Business trip 2019

Really enjoyed our stay here, very clean, new appliances. Here for business and it felt very "homey" .

Jerome was a great guest. They kept the house clean and followed all of the house rules. If they ever come back to the tri cities , they are welcome to stay again.

Great location for Hospital...

Perfect location for accessing hospital and River. Very clean, Brook was a great communicator, would stay there again.

Our third stay in this clean, comfortable duplex

So much better than a hotel room if you need to visit Richland. We have stayed here three times now while my husband has been working at the hospital. Very convenient location for Kadlec.

Quiet and enjoyable

Everything we needed was there. Nice, comfortable, and owners were available when the BBQ almost blew away in the wind! Perfect! Would stay again.

Nice home away from home

My sister and I stayed while visiting family in the area and enjoyed our stay. It is centrally located and we found it to have easy access to many of the places we were visiting. Nice cozy older home with many upgrades made it the perfect place for us to call home for the week. The owner was very fast to respond to our messages and very professional.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The yard needs some work. But we were grateful to have a comfortable place to cook meals and sleep for our stay.
