Great little house. Missed that it was 1 bathroom but that was my fault; which is hard for a family of 5. Overall great stay, comfortable beds, and good location. Host was very fast responding and communicating before and during the stay. I would book to stay again in the future.

Really enjoyed stay. Location perfect, close to Uptown Mall and grocery store. Set up excellent for families. Love the decor. Very comfortable beds and nice linens. Downstairs living / TV / Rec room very comfy. Private patio w/outdoor seating. A slice of retro heaven! Will return for sure.

This is our second visit at this location and it’s was just as good. The house is perfect for our needs. So close to both the river path and Uptown. We either walked or bicycled to just about every location. The house is clean and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood makes for great sleeping. The host is very kind and quick to respond to questions, which is greatly appreciated.

Charming home, great location

This was our first time in the Tri Cities and this property was a perfect fit for our family of 4. A clean home with plenty of space and in a quiet neighborhood. We definitely would rent again.

Perfect place to stay in Richland

This was our second time staying here, we came back because it is such a lovely house to stay in. The garden is beautiful and the house is conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood. The host messaged us during our stay to ask how we were doing and was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great stay

The house is very clean, and well stocked if you need to cook. We love the downstairs basement- comfy furniture, big TV and games and toys for the smaller ones. The neighborhood is nice and for us, the location is great! This was our 2nd visit to this home and we will definitely be back.

Family Stay

We were in town to visit my brother. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, neighborhood right next to the river. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Donald checked in several times and was able to help us with anything we needed. The property was even better than the pictures.

Cute home, nice neighborhood

This was my first time using a Vrbo rental. Had a little trouble with check-in but the host was quick to resolve it. The house is older, but in the well-kept charming kind of way. Good neighborhood close to Leslie Groves park. Would definitely stay here again

Clean, well located home perfect for a getaway

This home is bright & tidy, with a well stocked kitchen and luxurious linens. The owner was gracious and kind with an error I made about check out. Then they went above and beyond when we left an expensive item behind and mailed it to us. We are grateful for this experience and thank the owners immensely.

Lovely, bright home in a nice quiet neighborhood

This is a comfortable 3 bedroom home that is nicely remodeled and appointed. The kitchen is well stocked, all we missed was a water filtering pitcher. There were toys for various ages of children, our grandson we were in town to visit was pleased. The mattresses were a little soft for our taste. There were nice linens and plenty of nice towels as well. We would be happy to stay at this property again.

Charming, comfortable, and centrally located

This is in the center of Richland with quick (5 minutes) access to the amenities of North Richland, the booming parkade area, Howard Amon and Leslie Groves Parks. The street is quiet and well-kept. The house is a historic home with very tasteful updates. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped and there was even a room with children's decorations, pack n play, toys, and kids books. It was perfect for our family and I'm sure it would be for yours!

Vacation rental home perfected

To give background we own two vacation rentals, so we know what we’re talking about This property is basically perfect. An amazing clean safe neighborhood very quiet, yet only a couple blocks to a Safeway and other things you need. Great walking neighborhood with a River park a couple blocks away . House is renovated, clean and well furnished. It has very comfortable beds and quality linens. The neighbors are friendly and don’t hate you. The only possible negative I could say is three bedrooms one bathroom but maybe we’re just spoiled I wouldn’t stay at any other house in the area

Everything needed!

Great stay! No cable, so you'll need your streaming service. Note that the only TV is an Insignia (Best Buy brand) and is not compatible with all streaming services. Fubo TV for your major sports is not supported. YouTube TV, however, is supported. We were excited when we found the 2-ply TP in a cupboard in the bathroom, and set the single-ply aside for others to use later. Aside from those two things, the place is great! Quiet indoors (partly bc the TV is downstairs) and a quiet neighborhood. The Hosts reached out before, during and towards the end to ensure all was well. We'd stay here again!
