The property was wonderful. Clean, spacious, and supplied with coffee, tea, and condiments. It was also within 5 minutes of our after funeral gathering at a family home. The request notebook was easy to follow leaving the premises exactly as we found them with the exception of soiled linens. Having no worries about our stay during a family tragedy was a plus.

Great stay in Richland

The house was well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. Having two ensuites worked out great. Checking in was smooth, and the host was great at keeping in touch both before and during our stay. The location was perfect to access local restaurants and attractions while being tucked into a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend this property and host.

Trip to see Grandma and Grandpa

The property was great. Lots of room for five of us. Well appointed with all our cooking and visiting needs. Back patio was great. Property is close to the river, shopping, and entertainment in the area. Will definitely stay again in the future.

House worked out great for our needs!

Having all the rooms plus 3 bathrooms was a huge plus for the property. Easy access, very nice setup. If we were in the area again I would definitely stay there.

Wonderful!

We truly enjoyed this home. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms clean with great showers. The kitchen fully stocked and the patio perfect for a big group. We would love to stay here again the next time we play tennis in Tri-Cities.

Great stay

This rental property was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but is very close to shopping. We cooked in several nights and they had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this rental if you want to see the tri-city area.

WONDERFUL ACCOMMODATIONS

The home’s three bedrooms and bathrooms were great for the five of us during our stay. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked and offered all the amenities of home. Larry was very accommodating and he obviously works hard to ensure guests enjoy his home.

Perfect for work/leisure stay

Tapteal West had all the amenities of home for our stay and was perfect for our part work part leisure stay in the TriCities. Plenty of room and beds for four adults. Centrally located between Kennewick and Richland. Would be good for a family with children as well.

Wine Tasting Weekend

Great bargain! The house was great, very comfy and spacious. It had just about everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice, safe, and quiet. The host was very easy to reach and very helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.

Girls weekend

We had a great time st Larrys place. Had a little snafu getting in, but Larry quickly helped us get in. We were amazed by all the amenities and the place was spotless. We appreciated being able to use the garage.. it was really hot and the air conditioning was fabulous. Thanks again, Larry, we will be back

Perfect!!

The home was beautiful! Everything was great the beds were very comfy, the house was very clean, and the kitchen was a perfect size. Check in/out was so easy. Owner was very sweet and accommodating. Outdoor area was very nice, bbq grill was great. Owner left us a full propane tank. Would definitely stay here again.

Larry offers top of the shelf customer service as well as providing my family a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home to stay in every year when we have our annual family reunion. Check In Inaccurate

We loved the place, but never received the check-in process. I contacted the owner and was provided an alternative way to access the property. Extra toilet paper not found, no Kleenex available. We did love the place and would consider it again.

Clean, Neat, and Welcoming

Five guys for a goose hunting trip in the Tri Cities and our stay at your place was the best part of it (Goose Hunting was slow). The house was clean neat, welcoming, and the temperature was set at 70 degrees when we walked in the door. The house is set up very nice with four bedrooms and we all had privacy. This is a first, I opened the refrigerator and it was very clean and empty. Nothing in there from previous guests, which was great. Living room was comfortable and Rick was great at answering all our questions. The bathrooms were clean and neat and well stocked. We really appreciated staying at Ricks place for the weekend.

Father’s Day Baseball Tourney

Our family loved this overall quiet neighborhood and home. Everyone received a spacious bedroom and their own bathroom during our two night stay. The padio out back was cozy to sit outside for chatting and playing “heads up.” Not knowing where we would be playing ball, we ended up about 15 mins from the sports complex. The home was for the most part clean (bathrooms can be tricky) and friendly. Mr. Larry was wonderful! Only had to call him once due to misunderstanding the Kevo keyless entry. I missed the message on how to open the door on the app, but Mr. Larry was super friendly and courteous, as it was our first time using that type of system. Would defiantly stay here again and highly recommend! Thanks again Mr. Larry!

Wonderful Home, Just Shy of a Perfect Stay

My family stayed here for 3 nights during the late summer. The home was a great size for our group (4 adults, 2 kids), and was a perfect gathering place when meeting up with some friends and family. Larry was easy to communicate with and generously accommodating. The house wasn't immaculate, but certainly acceptable by our standards and nicely furnished. There were 3 things that prevent me from giving a full 5 stars: 1) The dishwasher wasn't working (tripped circuit?), so we hand-washed dishes. 2) The house was low on some supplies (dish soap, sponge, shampoo, toilet paper), but had mostly what we needed. 3) The propane tanks were empty when we wanted to use the grill. We exchanged them at the local Albertson's, and Larry agreed to reimburse us for the cost. Everything considered, we'd happily stay here again if we come back to the area. Thanks Larry!

My husband and I and my sister were to meet family from seattle but health isdues kept them from coming, but the 3 of us enjoyed the house very much. Hopefelly our family can come down in the Spring snd are able to get this house again. Loved it.
