Walk to beach, harbor, Verve Coffee, Tramonti Italian restaurant, Boardwalk, Natural History Museum and more!
Lower level unit, so expect noise transfer as normal for a downstairs unit. 1 bedroom with Queen, convertible sofa for extra sleeping. Small galley kitchen with gas range. Bbq and outdoor shower in small shared yard. We do have a super friendly 4 year old lab. Must be ok with dog in the yard.

For two, it doesn't get any better than this

This roomy studio located in the Seabright neighborhood is comfortable, uncluttered and beautifully decorated. It has a stall shower with a separate vanity, a compact but well appointed kitchen with a large worktable which doubles as a dinette and a comfy queen bed. On a very rainy and cold weekend, the row of hooks for raincoats, jackets and sweaters was well appreciated. But it is the location that makes this property special. We walked to the Crow's Nest in the harbor for Thanksgiving dinner; walked to Trimana, a local Italian spot for dinner the next night and walked to lunch at Betty's Burgers. The cliffs and the beach are at the end of the street about a block away and the neighborhood is very close to downtown. Given better weather, that's walkable too. Outstanding experience. We'll book again.

Excellent stay

We had a lovely time at this property...everything was set to perfection and great taste upon arrival. The owner is so attentive to detail that this studio is a pleasure to stay at. There is plenty of room for a couple, lots of privacy, a beautiful backyard that I enjoyed sitting out with a book one of the afternoons. The apartment is really close to the beach and an easy ride to downtown or even to Capitolia. The owners are really nice and kind people. We are very thankful we stayed in their studio.

Clean, bright space just a short walk from beach

We loved our vacation to Santa Cruz, many thanks to this welcoming studio. We walked to Seabright beach and the boardwalk. Our 4 yo walked with us too! The space was sparkling clean and many things seemed brand new. There were thoughtful touches for your beach vacation, like 2 beach chairs, a cooler, outdoor shower and hooks to dry your suits. We highly recommend it!

You won’t regret it !

Check in was so easy with Marie as she walks you through the very clean and spacious studio. It easily accommodated our family of four . Easy short walk to Seabright Beach, market, and cafe. You can also walk to the Beach Boardwalk if your up for a longer walk!. Our stay was very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Santa Cruz.

Perfect Location

Clean and cute, and spacious for a studio. A short walk to the beach, and the provided beach towels and chairs were a nice touch. Communication and check in/out was super easy. Highly recommend!

Loved!!

Loved Staying here! I felt welcomed by the owner, the place is simple and clean and has everything you need including lots of extra towels. The location is fantastic too. Near the beach, close to some places to eat, a small market for basic needs and is in a quiet neighborhood at night. I will definitely be back to stay. Thank you Danielle.

Lovely quiet (and bright) Beach Studio

The studio was located close to the beach in a nice neighborhood in close proximity to a few local restaurants and coffee shops. It was clean, well taken care of, and was exactly how it was described. Clean towels, linens, dishes were all provided as noted. Our young son utilized the pull-out sofa bed and had no complaints. It did gt cool enough in the evenings, so not having AC wasn't an issue. But you are staying here in the summer/warmer months, it may be something to take into consideration. Lastly, this is also a place for early risers (which we were seeing we had a full schedule the days we stayed there). The two skylights made the the space really bright, really early. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in and check-out process was as smooth as ever and there was great communication with the property owners throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this studio.
