We stayed in Ocean Cabin. A cute, small getaway. Think hotel room with forest vibes. Property was very clean and Emkay was very responsive to our inquiries. Only a 15 minute drive to Hwy 1 and 5 minutes more to Capitola.

Nice little quiet cabin in the Redwoods. About 30 minutes from Henry Cowell Redwood State Park. Great area, about two and a half hours south of San Francisco. Would stay here again. Great host

Beautiful setting, not far from town & easy to find but felt remote - we saw/heard owls, frogs, bats, all kinds of songbirds and possibly coyotes. Room was comfortable and had all the basics. Loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the creek!

This spot was just what I needed - was pet-friendly; was close to amenities but tucked away in the redwoods by the creek; and had a very cozy Santa Cruz community vibe. There were some wifi issues but EmKay did his best to address them. I would book again.

Great Spot

We stayed here to access the Redwoods in Big Basin State Park and Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park. Wonderful weekend getaway.

Really cute little cabin in the woods. Owners were super friendly and accommodating. The place is the definition of tranquil. There is little to no cell reception, however, the WiFi works great. Only minutes from Santa Cruz, whether you’re looking to surf or hike the redwoods, this is the place!!

The view was as advertised and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The mattress was extremely comfortable. The entire compound was surrounded by a fence and gate so we felt safe walking around at night.

Lovely hideaway in Soquel

Very cute little cabin out of Soquel a ways and next to the creek. It was so lovely to hear the water as we fell asleep!

Relaxing

Beautiful scenery. Relaxing with a hot tub. Close to food, hiking/walking and shopping. I would definitely recommend going.

We LOVED our trip here, was everything we were looking for & the host was very accommodating 9 even let us bring our kitty), the pictures don't do it justice, even MORE beautiful in person. We look forward to staying again!

Sweet Little Cottage

We loved our stay at Emkay’s place. Nice and quiet with a great little wooded beach to access as well as hot tub to use. Emkay was friendly and easy to communicate with. We spent so much time exploring the area, it was so nice to have such a clean and comfortable place to land each night. Would stay again!
