Very clean and conveniently located. The pool was amazing. Check in process was easy. The elevator and available luggage and grocery carts made getting all the things we brought and bought to our room with little effort. The walk to the beach is a little long but totally worth it. You’re close to many great restaurants and things to do.

Newbies

This was our first time to stay at St Simons while my son went to a conference in the area. We loved ShipWatch condominiums with the pool and access to the beach! I was relieved that there is an elevator since we were on the 3rd floor. Communication was easy via text and email!

Walk is deceptive

Condo was nice but the boardwalk doesn’t take you to the beach like the pictures appeared. Since it had been so rainy, we had to walk a decent way through standing marsh to get from the boardwalk to the beach.

Everything in Shipwatch 307 was just as it was listed! It was very clean and in a perfect location!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our short getaway. The pool was used the most due to the weather being rainy, but that didn’t stop the fun that we had!

Belles vacances

Très bien situé, près des comerces. Acces direct sur la plage idéale pour les enfants. Abris pour l’auto, propriété privée et cloturée.

Shipwatch 307

Enjoyed our stay. A walk to the beach but very pleasant. Grounds well maintained. Near shopping and dining and sightseeing.

Great Vacation!

We enjoyed staying here. The place had all the amenities we needed and a lovely walk down to the beach. Enjoyed the beach sunrises, as we always do at St Simons. Thanks!

Holiday Weekend Getaway

The property was a bit older than we expected but in the grand scheme it was still a great rental and allowed for a great little getaway. Convenient location and unit was well furnished and priced right. We had a great time.

beach vacation

Easy checkin-checkout. Great location for the beach. No complaints. Only issue was sorting out the multiple remotes for TV/DVD; management with prompt follow up.

Cozy condo

Everything was as expected. Pictures are accurate. Definitely a looooong walk to the beach, but it was good exercise. I like the security that limits access to the pool from the street and from the beach.

Beach

The ocean was a great distance from boardwalk !! Lot deep sand to walk through having issue with my knee never got to water edge

Thanks for staying with us! With some parts of the island having a tide contingent beach this complex is among our guests favorites because of the wide beach available all day long.
