We had a great long weekend here while in town for a wedding. The house was clean, very spacious, and in an excellent location. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean- the views were great! We would definitely stay here again.

The house is lovely, the view is stunning, and the location is ideal. It is beautifully furnished and tastefully appointed. Every room and the porch, overlooking the beach and ocean, are comfortable and inviting. The elevator makes it easy to transport luggage and other large items from the ground level to the living areas.

Location was great, layout of rental was great, AC went out while we were there. Real Escapes was quick to service and when the service didn't fix the problem they were quick to get us a comparable place two blocks away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The views of the beach were beautiful. Spacious and clean property. It was wonderful to sit out in the deck and listen to the waves. We will be back! Everything was in walking distance! Lovely place

Beautiful views from the dining, living room and kitchen areas. Property is very spacious and very clean. The only suggestion I would have for the owner is to upgrade the ironing board (current one is so micro-small you can't really iron clothes effectively).

Great Location - So So Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location with a beach view and across the street from the 5th st beach access. The condo was in general good repair with some wear around the edges due to salt water environment. However, the issue we had was multiple lights out in the unit. the ceiling are very tall making it difficult for the manager to replace bulbs. The twin bedroom only had one ceiling light. It felt like dungeon in there. We had a toilet that quit flushing due to a faulty flush valve. We call it during evening hours and plumber showed up the next day to fix it. While he was there he repaired to other toilets bad flush handles and a broken shower handle. Additionally the towels were very old and dingy looking and there were virtually no wash cloths to use. Bring you own bath bars as the starters provided are the size of a silver dollar but not as thick.

Great birthday weekend

What a gorgeous and spacious property, with losts of outdoor spaces steps from the ocean. The beds are so comfortable! There are little to no extras, including shampoo and conditioner, so be sure and bring yoiyr own. Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, smoke smell in the house took away from the overall experience. Management was responsive to an email about the smoke but air purifiers made minimal impact. No other fix or response offered.

Golf tournament/beach trip

Awesome location! Loved the convenience of only steps away from beach, 5 mins from golf course, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants!! Only negative was WiFi service was slow and spotty throughout condo which also seemed to impact television service.

Midweek Getaway

We stayed on this property years ago. The Owners have kept this property up to date. They have really taken care of their home. The home is such a beautiful place in the perfect location. If anyone has the opportunity to stay on this property, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. You will not be disappointed.

10 stars at least. this place is a show place

Beautiful accommodations, beautiful inside and out. Beautifully decorated, top of the line furniture, kitchen has everything and more, gas stove, griddle, coffee grinders, comfy beds, porch furniture, lovely 14 seating dinning table, travertine floors, just gorgeous. Safe neighborhood. It was hard to go home this place is just gorgeous. It’s over a million dollar condo
