Clean, comfortable, great view, and excellent location! It is an older property with basic amenities, but all very accurately reflected in the description and you have the essentials. Easy walk to the local market/restaurant and beach.

It was perfect! A quick getaway with my daughter and girlfriend, and I guess we lucked out with the weather because it was spectacular. If we weren’t such beach rats, we could’ve simply stayed on the deck admiring the gorgeous view, but instead we hung out mostly at the beach, which was a five minute walk!

We had a wonderful stay at Dillon Beach. The beach house was clean, the ocean view was great, and it was an easy walk to the beach. Our host, Linda, was welcoming.

Wonderful property in a fabulous location with all the necessities. Beds were very comfy with the softest sheets ever! Communication was also very helpful up to and during our stay. 10/10 recommend.

It was very difficult to get the key out of the lockbox & put it back in. The house was clean but the table was sticky, even the placemats were stuck to it. It's a beautiful view from upstairs.

We were surprised by your review, as you did not mention any concerns during your one-night stay at the rental. The lockbox is a standard model: after entering the code, you simply pull the front of the lockbox toward you to open it. We’re sorry you found the table sticky. The sunlight coming through the windows and shades can sometimes cause the placemats to stick slightly to the table surface. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay at the property and appreciate your feedback.

Nice spot with view of Tomales Bay, easy walk to the beach. Super clean place and comfy beds. Would stay here again!

Great Stay and Location

The house was very clean and easy to get to. The location worked great for us because we had family camping at Dillon's beach, but we did not want to camp. This allowed us to be close enough for all the fun but had all the convenience of a home.
