We had a wonderful stay at Dillon Beach. Linda was so accommodating and helpful. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have had through VRBO. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We have been coming here for several years, so I may be just slightly biased... but our family really LOVES this cottage. The kids talk about our Dillon Beach vacation throughout the year, and we all look forward to summer and coming back - even as they have gotten older. Now 14 and 22.It is not the fanciest or most modern, but it's always super clean, comfortable, well supplied, and has everything we need for cooking meals and relaxing after a day at the beach. It is totally kid and dog friendly ... and we have always had both. This year we were excited to find a huge slew of good quality, brand new, art supplies and games! The TV & personal devices got decent rests, as we had fun around the table laughing & spending time with each other.The location is perfect to get down to the beach, or take an evening stroll up toward the hills with the kids & dog to catch a sunset and look for deer and bunnies. We asked the 14 and 22 year olds if they could choose ANY of the cottages we walked by which they would choose to. stay in next, and they both picked the Dragon's cottage at 12 Park Place. We have had only one problem with faucet over the years and the host was accessible and issue taken care of quickly. Kind reliable friendly hosts. Sweet magical cottage for a beach vacation.

Perfect little getaway

The location is perfect and only like a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The porch is nice to relax on and you get to see the ocean in the distance. The kitchen is well stocked and the king bed is probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on!

Had a great stay. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Dishes, pots, pans and the like. Nice views and close to the beach.
